Sport Clips Haircuts of Ridgeway — Attraction in Memphis

I arrived about 9:15am on a Tuesday. There were two stylists working and both were busy. I was greeted when I walked in the door. I signed in at the kiosk and it said my wait time was approximately 10 minutes. Another customer had checked in online and had not arrived yet. The actual wait time was just under 10 minutes. Leah was my stylist today. She was very friendly, asked great questions and offered helpful advice about styling my hair. She asked about what type of hair products I used and offered suggestions that would make my hair and beard look better and be more manageable. She seemed very knowledgeable, so I decided to purchase two of the products she recommended. On top of all that my haircut looks great! I am very glad I decided to visit Sport...

Felt like a rush job compared to the other sports clips that I've been to. I got the works and felt like I should have got a refund. LOL. The massage lasted about 30 seconds and it was bouncing off my shoulder blades. Not relaxing at all. Shampoo usually includes a scalp massage, that lasted about 15 seconds. The reason you pay extra to get the works is to relax and enjoy it. In the time she took you couldn't have relaxed or enjoyed it .

I'm not sure if I'll return or not. Probably not.. If I do it, won't be with that hairdresser. She was very friendly and very talkative, but her heart wasn't into her job. Maybe it was because it was after 4 and she had been doing it all day and she was tired. There may be a lesson in...

Great Experience. My Son received a terrible hair cut at the Midtown location.

So we came here in the hopes of getting it fixed...boy were we lucky! Candi was not only empathetic, but rushed us right in, and fixed his hair. He loved it, and since he is 8 and the previous lady was rough and nicked his head with clippers, he was apprehensive...Candi’d demeanor was PERFECT. He left laughing, happy, and loves how she fixed his hair.

Customer service issues generally just require a little empathy. Candi had loads of it. Sadly all the midtown location has was attitude.

Avoid that one...
