CrossFit Defy — Attraction in Menifee

I've recently joined cross fit Defy with my family and we have had a fantastic experience so far. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, providing detailed instructions and modifications to ensure everyone can participate safely and effectively. The community is welcoming and supportive, which has made the transition much smoother. The facility is well-equipped, clean, and organized, with a variety of equipment that caters to all fitness levels. Each workout is challenging and varied, keeping things interesting and motivating. I joined this box a few months ago after a one day trial and not cross fitting probably in like 10 years. I truly just enjoyed the camaraderie in the class and I loved coach Greg. Since I’ve been going here I feel like I’ve been getting a lot stronger and I hope to only continue to improve. Ive now met all the coach’s who are beyond amazing, supportive, knowledgeable and encouraging to be the best.
