DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Sun City and this place are horrible, I had gone to Sun City on Friday morning, if you want to know what happened check the review I left them.
As fars this place in Menifee, is by far worse, I had come as a walk in and sign myself in, I was just dropping off some stool test samples because my son has been having diarrhea for the last 12 days, I asked how long was the wait they said about an hour, than I said okay I'm just dropping off. They said I had to wait till I'm called. They said that people on stand by would go inside as missing appointments don't show up and also between appointments. I thought the was very considerate, I waited 6 hours !!!!š I keep asking every hour if they were planning on taking me they said I had to wait till 4:30 when there was no more appointments š these people are very inconsiderate, they should off told me that from the beginning, why the need to lied, WHY????? Why not saying don't waist your time just make an appointment because we won't take you. Why had me there like an idiot sitting for 4 Hours. It was 2:45 pm and they wanted me to wait till 4:30 if I wanted to be served, by the time I would had waited 7hrs to get the stool sample in the lab š š¤¦āāļø it was unbelievable this people have no decency,no compassion no empathy for someone else's health and time. I end up making an appointment to a location in Hemet at 4:00 pm I left the office, drove to Hemet and they took me in , it took them 1 min to process all my information. Why couldn't they do that in Menifee? Why they had to be rude, they knew it was going to take them less than a minute to take the stool sample and decided not to help me, those people rude, do not go. They need to fire them all and hired people with integrity.
I'm very disappointed.!
š©øš©øAlso if you live in Perris, Hemet, Sun city , Menifee, and need a Quest lab go to this one š©øš©ø

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had an appointment, checked in early, asked if I could be seen earlier than my appointment and was told, "no."
That was fine, i saw my name on the screen so I figured I'd just come back into the waiting room at my scheduled time.
I came back, at the scheduled appointment time. I looked to find my name on the display to ensure i was still checked-in. When I didn't find my name, I alerted some blonde lady that I thought my name might have been skipped. In a very rushed manner, she just tried to quiet me down and she told me to keep waiting until my name was called, that , "sometimes the names don't appear on the screen because our name is about to be called." This sounded like poor advice but I didn't want to act up.
I waited 40 more minutes and when I checked back with the blonde lady she confirmed that I had been passed over and my name was removed even before my appointment time.
The lab was moving extremely fast and the people who worked there were rushing. I felt uneasy about the whole interaction inside because I had to get blood drawn by the same person who ignored my pleas to be seen.
When i asked them about why I was passed over, she indicated that my name has been called and I wasn't in the waiting room.
I say again, the staff has previously told me that I would not be seen before my appointment time, so why did they call my name and then delete my " check in" before my scheduled appointment time.
She was defensive and kept repeating the fact that my name was called, she started to say i was arguing but I was only trying to understand why they had a policy to delete someones check in before their scheduled appointment time. There was no apology nor any explanation, i felt uncomfortable the whole time because this person was also the same person drawing my blood. I will not be back to this location And I will be speaking to my primary care physician about their use of Quest...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had an appointment set for today I had booked last week for blood work that requires fasting. I always use Maps to find my quickest route, which was 13 min via the freeway. However, there was either an accident or construction that added an unexpected 20 minutes stuck in traffic. I called the phone number listed for this Quest Diagnostics location to inform them of my situation, however, there was no option to speak to a representative within the office. Only options for listening about directions, how to get results, etc. I even called twice to make sure I had heard right and didn't miss an option. When I arrived, there was no one to speak to, only iPad screens to sign in. After signing in, I was alerted that I would lose my appointment time due to being late and would have to go on the stand by list for my fasting appointment. As I sit in their waiting room, I'm currently shown 1 on the standby list, but haven't been called--several people have gone before me (many on standby). Once again, there is no one to speak to regarding this. QD has completely taken out any human interaction with their automated process. I have no estimated wait time, I'm not even sure if it's worth me waiting for my blood work at this point (40 min now). Because of my fasting and health issues, I've begun getting migraines I can't take medication for because I have to wait an unknown amount of time for my blood work. In addition to this, of the very limited human interaction I've witness by the workers here (they occasionally come out if they note an issue with someone signing in), they are very rude and impatient. It should be noted that the patrons here are older and seem to be struggling with the automated technology since there is no physical person to assist them with signing in.
If you have the option, I would chose LabCorp--I was automatically signed up with QD from my provider. I have two stars because their...
