I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service my party and I received during our visit to your restaurant on Sunday, August 10, 2025, for a brunch reservation.
We had made an online reservation for a party of seven at 1:00 PM. Upon arrival, four members of our group were present, and we approached the hostess expecting to be seated shortly. However, she informed us that we could not be seated until our full party arrived, which we respected. She instructed us to wait outside and assured us that once the rest of our group arrived, we could return to be seated.
No more than five minutes later, the remaining guests arrived, and we promptly returned to the hostess. At that point, she informed us that the table was no longer ready and again asked us to wait outside. Despite the extreme heat — over 100 degrees — we waited patiently for another 15–20 minutes. During this time, no one contacted us, even though we were told we would be called.
When we eventually returned inside, we found the entrance area overcrowded with other guests — a situation that posed a serious fire hazard and clear safety concern. We were then informed by the same hostess that she had called us three times and, because we did not respond, our table had been given to another guest. Not only did we not receive any call, but we were also visibly waiting just outside the door the entire time.
To make matters worse, rather than offering a resolution or alternative seating, the hostess dismissed our concerns and moved on to the next group. Her dismissive and unprofessional behavior was extremely disappointing. It also appeared that she gathered other staff members to justify her actions rather than take ownership or offer an apology.
We understand that weekends can be especially busy and that delays are sometimes inevitable. However, the lack of communication, disregard for guest comfort and safety, and the unprofessional conduct we encountered were completely unacceptable.
As a result of this experience, we will not be returning to this location, and we felt it necessary to share our feedback in hopes that it will prompt a review of staff training and guest service standards.
Thank you for your time and attention. We would appreciate a response regarding...
Read moreI had a terrible experience with my family by our server named Alyssa with a nose ring. We were seated quickly and taken our drink orders and got our bread, once she left to get our drinks we finished the bread. Once she came back with our drinks she did take the empty bread basket or get us more or talked to us to see if we were ready she just dropped it off and left. We stayed at the table without bread or putting our order in for 10 mins before she came back to ask if we were ready, we said our order says she’ll get on it but still does not clear the empty bread basket or get us another bread basket. It took us 2 separate tries from our original server to say we would want more bread but Alyssa only got it once we asked another server if she would mind if she brought it to us, once our server saw us talk to another server she did not speak to us just brought our bread and threw it to us, not a lie she literally threw the bread down at the table and ran off without a word. Later we were waiting for food she did not talk to us at all and she didn’t even bring our food over she had the other servers take it for her. Once we got our food and ate she had still not come and check on us or take our plates away we ate with our dirty plates as I saw her talking to the other servers in the back. She only came back to check on us once the check was ready. Then as we were trying to pay the system automatically without us being able to change it the tip went straight to 20% and me and my family agreed that she did not do anything she was suppose to do. And then we had to talk to the manager because we did not want to leave a 20% and then they also used up our gift card for her tip and had to get the manager to help it and then he said we could not get our gift card back and we would be getting a voucher for 20 dollars for next time. Overall terrible experience with the...
Read moreI’m writing this as I sit on the bathroom floor between exorcist vomits. I’m so sad. We used to come here so often before the pandemic and since then, it seems they’ve really gone downhill. I’ve ordered steak here multiple times and have never had it come out the way I ask for it. Tonight, I ordered a medium cooked New York strip. The first steak they brought out was well done on the inside and completely burnt on the outside. When I cut into it, I swear it was like the Turkey scene from Christmas Vacation! Pictured is the second steak they brought out. I accepted it, despite it looking like a grilled chicken breast because we had limited time and needed to pick up our son. I took only ONE bite of this chicken steak thing and realized that the seasoning is chicken flavored. It seriously tasted like chicken stock. My husband tried it and agreed (he had a bone in rib-eye medium rare that came out between medium and well done). We left around 7pm and arrived home by 8pm. By 8:30, I was vomiting. I’m not sure exactly what I ate there that caused me to be this sick but I was fine all day until this meal. My husband is also sick. We both had a house salad and one piece of this chicken steak thing. I had sweet potatoes and he had mashed. We both had the bread and butter. Regardless…. Something there has turned. The only reason we continued coming here was for the house salad and rolls. Unfortunately, the house salad tastes different and the beloved cinnamon butter doesn’t have a cinnamon taste anymore. Our server (I can not remember her name for some reason) was great. I absolutely do not blame her for the cook’s issues. She was very respectful...
