Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Attraction in Meridian

DO NOT BUY MENS WORK CLOTHES FROM HERE*November I purchased a pair of Wells Lamont work coveralls. They were on sale for $69 thought this was a good deal for when it got cold. Anyone in Meridian knows it wasn’t cold until a few days ago. At that time I wore them for the 1st time. And the side zipper broke. I took them back to return them today and was told no we can’t do anything with them it’s outside the 30 day return policy. I am not wanting a refund I wanted to exchange them for the exact same item. Well Mary aka General Manager told me that they looked very used. I was so offended I asked for her managers number and she just stated it’s Ollie’s-us I asked for the number she refused to give me a name or actual number. Horrible customer service, was basically calling me a liar and didn’t offer any kind of help. Like people just don’t give a dam about anyone now a days. I just wanna say this is not the place to buy clothing from. Avoid this place or the brand Wells Lamont just stick with Cohart or something better. Not work the money, day one of using and the zipper breaks. Not even one stain on them anywhere but this lady said they look old and worn out, How? Smh 🤦‍♂️ very disappointed in Ollie’s will avoid them from now on. Also, have a friend who purchased a portable heater a few months ago when they were on sale and told it went out and it was just used. Not trying to speak badly about them but seems like they get inferior quality products and they throw them on sale before you have a chance...

This is going to be a lot, so buckle up. I got my son a toy transformer a couple days back and it didn’t work.. brought everything back in the condition I got it in. The lady I first spoke to was nice, but then the manager came up.. she started “inspecting it” not believing me and asking “did you put batteries in it”? Of course I did lol. Then stated “it’s missing screws I can’t refund for this.” (The screws tht were “missing” were the ones holding the toy in the box and wasn’t even part of the toy). I started to get annoyed and said “look can I please just have my money back” and she says “you know what!” And then proceeded to throw the toy back in the box and give it back to me. Later telling me that she could call someone in regards to my son because I was “threatening her”. SHE ALSO SAID SHE COULD TALK TO ME HOWEVER SHE WANTED BECAUSE SHES MANAGER . She was blowing it way out of proportion. Yes I did loose my cool, but I had TERRIBLE SERVICE. Please...

Attention all my boy moms!!! We just left Ollie's and while there our 7 year old son had to pee. So like every other store I took him into the women's restroom. While he was going had an employee follow me into the restroom ask me if that was a boy I said yes. She going tell me he is NOT allowed in the women's restroom he had to go to the men's. I told her he is only 7 and she told me it DIDN'T MATTER his age. I then told her he's already going not stopping him. So just know regardless of your child's age Ollie's expects your son to go into the men's restroom alone. Sorry I understand if he was a teenager but hes still a child. I won't...
