I bought 2 identical beds and matress from this store. They only delivered the correct parts for one of the 2 beds and the second identical bed had a huge expensive rollout bed drawer that obviously did not go with anything that I purchased. The delivery crew left this huge expensive roll out drawer that didn't go with my purchase and I was told by the store personnel that they would pick it up when they deliver the correct bed drawers/frame. Another 2 weeks go by and they finally delivered the correct parts but refused to take this huge roll out drawer because he said it wasn't on his delivery schedule to pick anything up and if something happened to it while in their possession, I would have to pay for it. I told him to let me call the store and see what's going on and the delivery guy said "bet" and left. I was told by the sales rep at this Meridian location to just throw it away. Again today I called and asked a sales rep to come and get this drawer out of my house and I was told they don't handle delivery issue and I was told to call a 1-855 number. These sales reps are the nicest most helpful people in the world until after they get your hard earned money. I called the number and was told by customer service to just throw it away. I WILL NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. I will buy from Woodstock or drive to Jackson. It's not my responsibility to throw away expensive useless pieces of furniture that they left behind when they could have easily taken it back with them. Especially when I have to go through the hassel and put this monstrosity in front of my house and schedule the city to pick it up. Read moreMonths and still having to deal with this sorry company finally got the last pieces on the 13th of November and of course a shelf is missing and someone manufacturer or delivery company spray painted on it for some reason they are saying it voids the warranty. They did the painting!
This company is sorry as can be, you can't get any real answers they just apologize which is very hollow. I don't have the words to explain how horrible they are. Now they've push out to 11/10. 3 months since they were paid in full (8/8) and delivery date was set for 9/8. I'm wondering if I have a case for a lawsuit.
Just an update. As you can see they reached out to me. Just to tell me there's nothing they can do. Their customer service is very much a joke as of right now I've got to wait another month and a couple days for my furniture that I paid for in full when I got the invoice. Bought and paid for Aug 8th. Scheduled for Sept 9th now they are saying Oct 13th. Ashley furniture is a joke never again and I would urge anybody not to use Ashley furniture. This place isn't worth a single star bit I have to leave one just to review . If I could cancel Ashley furniture they would definetly deserve it.

They informed us that we wouldn’t receive it until June because of Covid everything was on back order. Finally yesterday I received my long awaited bedroom set. When the young men opened it up I told my husband and the young man that was NOT the color I ordered but since it had taken so long to get here I said never mind I’ll keep it. No one checked my furniture when it came in which is something the young man told me they always do. Well when they opened up a 9ft box in the middle of my kitchen my bed frame and foot board was broken. They called me in showed me the broken parts and said they would have to report it so that I can get another one. The young men left the 9ft box in the middle of my floor and left. I said wait a minute aren’t you going to take this back? They said no mam when they bring your new part out they’ll get it. They left. We were informed today that it will be 3 weeks before we get another bed frame in the meantime this big box is in the middle of my kitchen, too heavy for my husband and I to move and the fact that we have no where to put it. We requested that they come and get their furniture and was told Ashley’s don’t do refunds. I would NEVER for the rest of my life ever buy another piece from Ashleys.
