Okay. So this is going to be a rather long review but I will be extremely thorough. you can thank me later. August 28th I went in the store to pick out a brand new bed for my new adventure on my own for the first time ever. I spoke with Lindsey and he was the best person I've ever spoken to! He was super helpful and helped me find everything I wanted in a bed. And at the time I was getting it in full so I didnt have to get a new mattress. He told me if I needed a new mattress to also check out their new clearance center. WHICH I HIGHLY SUGGEST. I was able to find a great mattress with an affordable price but this mattress was not in a full, but a queen. So of course the next day I called up there and spoke to Jeremiah (not Lindsey cause he was off) about needing to change the bed from full to queen. And since I hadnt fully placed my order yet, it wasnt a problem. So I go in to pay for the bed that day I spoke to Jeremiah, and the order was placed. Two weeks later I was told my bed was in and we could come pick it up. So, my boyfriend and I borrow a friend's truck and went to pick up the pieces of the bed. THE WAREHOUSE LEFT OUT A BOX. Thank god they called us and let us know but only after we had already made it home. So we went back down there to get the box. We put it together and while we were putting it together it seemed "not right" but I remained optimistic it was the right bed. But, it wasnt. So we had put together a bed for 5 hours only to find out not only was it not the right bed but also found out at 1 am I couldnt sleep on the bed I was given because the bed didnt have the right type of slats. It was early sunday morning and I began my freak out. Called the 24 hr service hotline and explained the problem. I dont remember her name but she definitely was nice and helped me calm down enough. She told me the time the store would be opening and also reassured me someone from the store would call. Sunday at 1 I went into the store and THANK GOODNESS Lindsey was there! I told lindsey what happened and he narrowed it down to when the bed was changed from full to queen. He assured me something could be done about it and told me hed call me back the next day with more answers. He called back and told me they were going to be ordering the right bed for me and that the bed that was originally ordered was a good bit cheaper. So they had applied as many discounts as they could so I didnt have to pay as much. (That's why u use Lindsey!) Anyway so I went in that day around 4:30 to pay. Lindsey told me to talk to Brent. Brent was nice. And i asked what to do about the bed i cant use. He said you can sleep on it until you come to get your other one then bring it back to us after you've disassembled it. I thought that was ridiculous considering I'd have to borrow a truck again and risk another box not being put into the truck. So he politely explained I could have it delivered for $60. So I did it. Finally. Fast forward about 3 weeks I call to check on the bed and it's still being shipped. They decided to refund me the money for the delivery and install for the inconvenience. And today is the day I finally got the most awesome bed I've ever owned.
With all that being said. Lindsey was always in my corner. I will definitely be shopping there again because things happen.but I WILL ALWAYS use Lindsey as my sales...

I was looking to purchase a loveseat for my living room and they had a great selection. I found a loveseat/sofa deal that I was interested in, but decided on just the love seat.
We made the deal and decided on a delivery date after I returned from temporary duty in California. When my duty got extended, I changed the delivery date to the day after I got back. The delivery date came and I hadn't heard from anyone so I called the store. The representative said someone from the office would get in touch with me soon. Never heard back. I went to the store in person to confirm the delivery and because I was thinking of purchasing the sofa in addition to my loveseat.
Not only did they not have me scheduled for delivery for my requested date, but also they didn't even have me scheduled for delivery period. Had I not gone to the store in person, I would have never received the $600 loveseat I purchased. The assistant manager who I made the deal with in the first place tried to claim that it was because I hadn't been charged for delivery, which I paid for when we originally scheduled the delivery. How could I have been scheduled in the first place if I hadn't already paid for it? They offered me a slightly reduced delivery fee for my inconvenience. So, in addition to forgetting about me, they charged me for delivery again. If my fiance, didn't really want this piece, I would have asked for my money back.
After setting a new delivery date, the sales rep rudely asked if I was planning on taking another "trip," referring to my temporary duty assignment in California that I had no control over, anytime soon. I respectfully answered, "No." When I indicated that I was going to be taking my business elsewhere for a sofa, the assistant manager decided to chime-in, unwarranted, and say it was unlikely I would find better prices elsewhere.
To conclude, if you're looking for a decent deal on some furniture with your own vehicle to transport it, this place has them, and the furniture is nice. However, if you need to schedule delivery, make sure the delivery fee is charged correctly and pray they...
   Read moreI want to say this my experience has nothing to do with the customer service because I always get amazing service from the time I walk in at the value center which is definitely not the case with the clearance outlet located in the mall because they never greet me like the amazing people that work at the value center. The clearance outlet usually never speaks to us and we had to walk up to them and ask them for help after we walked around first but this review is about the value center. Definitely 5 star service from Brent and everyone that works there. The reason for 3 starts is solely for the product and the delivery which is no fault on them. I purchased a bed frame with a headboard: I chose pickup and when I went to pick it up it wasn’t at the location but I was told it would be delivered Monday between 10-12 and setup. Monday comes and it was pushed back till 1:30 and I ended up missing an appointment. When it arrived the how you doing just dropped it without setting it up. I asked and they told me they was told to just drop it off. So I was like okay I can put it together myself even though that was not what I was told a couple times. When I started to assemble it I noticed the headboard was missing two a button as it. Pictured is included. Not a big deal to some but you should always get what you pay for in the condition you saw it in right. I called and they assured me they would make it right. I decided to go head and put it together and later found out I was also missing two important screws. I had to take screws out of the rails in order to complete the bed. Luckily the part that’s missing the screws has little small screws to hold it in place for now until I can find the exact screws I need. I did hear back the next day and they said they could have me a replacement by Monday but I decided I keep it since I have already put it together myself.
