Cannot in good faith recommend this place.

-For my birthday I bought my first pair of western boots for $220 through the guidance of the store employees. I was told the loose/sloppy feeling was normal and will get better once broken in due to how this style of boot is.

-Wore them on Sunday around the house and they didn't feel proper, I couldn't figure out how it would get better once broken in.

-Brought the boots back to the store on Monday to see if I was doing something wrong , they informed me I got the wrong size.

-They informed me that I could not exchange them for a proper size because I wore them once.

-Even if I hadn't worn them , adding the sole saver (per employee recommendation) made it where I cannot return them.

-The only resolution they were able to come up with was, for me to sell the boots for no less than $200 to someone else, then buy a new pair again from them.
