I am an extremely frugal guy. I pinch pennies and save up as much as I can. One thing I do know is that when you plan on buying something for the last time...you need to make sure that it’s the best. In my personal preference it was the purple mattress. I came in and Shelia was extremely (seriously, she needs a pay raise and a bonus!) helpful. She answered every question and informed me of how I could save even more money with promotions. She was personable, informative, and overall recognized what I wanted and didn’t want to push any other product on me. If Shelia is any indication of how mattress firm is run as a company...then I highly recommend coming here for what I hope is your last mattress :) five golden...

My hubby and I went on a Friday afternoon to buy a mattress. We figured it wouldn’t be so busy. There was only one salesman and about 4 separate customers. But Christopher, the salesman, greeted every single customer and tried to attend to everyone. He was so kind and surprisingly attentive, considering all the customers he had. He spent a lot of time explaining the difference in several mattresses that we were looking at. Even spoke some Spanish to my hubby, who doesn’t speak English. We haven’t even slept on the mattress yet, but I’m sure we’re going to love it. I will definitely be stopping by this Mattress Firm and looking for Christopher if we ever need...

I purchased a split king mattress set with the adjustable bases from this store early this year, and my husband and I are finally sleeping like we deserve - like a King and Queen. Mark got us taken care of, gave us a great deal with shipping included, and mattress protection. We got the cooling memory foam and bases that adjust head/foot and massage. I suffer from chronic migraines and pain, and my bed has been a life changer. Some people complain that mattresses can be high priced, but as hard working people, aren't we worth a good quality, luxurious bed?! Sheila and Mark will take care of you - go see them!
