To begin, 15 years ago when i used to walk the streets of Lincoln road I don’t remember being as urban and filthy as it is now. I have worked on Lincoln road for the past 5 years and man has it gotten bad. In the afternoon, you can literally see the rats running across the street from restaurant to restaurant not to mention since I work here I sometimes get here around 6 AM. The amount of homeless people that have decided to reside throughout all of Lincoln Road is astonishing. I have nothing against them but at the same time who wants to Go shopping or out to eat in an atmosphere, that is full of homeless people like if it were downtown or the urban streets of New York city. I find it very unappealing and disgusting to see a homeless man or woman, standing or sleeping on the floor in front of a restaurant. I am about to walk into eat at not to mention their smell is enough to drive you away and if that isn’t then maybe they’re screaming at you or cursing will do it. in accordance, I think Lincoln Road needs to do a better job of keeping the homeless out and the streets cleaned, especially with so many restaurants and retail stores in the area that are above average shops and brands. Lincoln Road used to be a nice place to hang out. It definitely is the complete opposite of that now if I did not work here, I would not be in this area whatsoever and no...

Despite their claims of giving back to the community, their practices have caused considerable difficulties. Their employees, Ms. Marte and Mr. Bustillo, entered my restaurant without authorization, disrupting operations and creating a stressful business environment. Additionally, there are concerns about poor management practices, undue hardship for tenants, and slow maintenance responses. Their financial ability in the short term is questionable based on their strategy and practices. Proceed with caution if considering their properties, and even more so if you are an...
Read moreVery few stores there that are worth the visit. A lot of stores are closed down, parking a nightmare. There is always something going on, and many of the garages are closed for event parking only, so parking is a hit and miss. There is no dedicated parking for people who want to support Lincoln Rd businesses, very sad. Many times, I could not park there, I had to leave. The only parking garage that was open charged $40 flat rate for every 5 hours of parking. That's ridiculous when you want to stay just 1-2 hours. Too bad Lincoln Road area is being...
