Don’t recommend this place! They encouraged me to come to the salon with symptoms instead of canceling! They took $150 dollars from me for canceling when I told them I am feeling sick when I made the appointment in less than 24 hours. They mentioned that I had to call 12 hours before but I only felt the symptoms when I woke up!!!! They should understand the canceling situation since there is a GLOBAL PANDEMIC! I cared for their health by not coming in.

You can report this to whoever you want. 1 review was made by me and 1 review was made by the other person that also had the appointment. This means that this is your FIRST time replying to me and this also shows how unprofessional your business is for accusing the customers.
“We refuse services to those who are ill” I never said that I wanted to come in i’ll. I said that I woke up feeling sick which is why I didn’t want to come to your business to maybe get anyone else sick IF MY RESULTS CAME OUT POSITIVE since I woke up with symptoms and called in as soon as I woke up. This means that I called in to PROTECT YOU since everything is unpredictable during COVID. You said that the cancellation time was 12 hours in advance but I felt sick 1 hour before the appointment. I can’t predict the future and again, I called in to protect you.
Last thing I want to mention is that YOU HUNG UP ON MY FACE when I told you that I was sick and on top of that, you charged me! You can’t deny that since we both know you did that! You can report to whoever you want since again, I am saying that 1 review was made by me and 1 review was made by the other person who also had an appointment. Threatening customers “your previous review has been documented and will be reported to authorities if you continue to harass our business” since when is writing ONE HONEST review harassment? and I never wrote a PREVIOUS review. The other review was made by my friend who also had an appointment. Do whatever you want!!!! I keep smiling when I remember how lucky I am to not have come to your business since this is how you treat your customer! Very unprofessional towards me and very rude to me too! 0/10!!!

Eventually I decided to write to who made the job and explain my concerned , she told me to go to fix them the day after . I went and as soon as I arrived she told me that my eyelashes were ok , and I told her don’t you see the spaces in my eyes after only a week ? Normally a refill is after 2/3 weeks and she responded that I went 12 days before to do the refill , that wasn’t true because I went a week before ! After that she told me that a normal refill is after 10 days ! No true ! A refill is after 2/3 weeks,depends how you take care of your eyelashes! She did her job for an hour , so if she took that time , I think I was right because if I had only lost a few eyelashes you don’t take so long to fix them ! When she finished I thank her , and she told me : IF YOU CONTINUE TO HAVE ISSUES I RECOMMEND TO CHOSE OTHERS OPTIONS !! She meant : never come back !
