Miami Beach Jet Ski Rentals — Attraction in Miami Beach

Miri Hatouel who works at the location at bay road, who was helping was us, was excessively rude. Our scooter broke down less than 2 hours on our way to eat and had to walk back 20 minutes to their location, mind you we were starving. When we arrived to their location, we did our best to secure and keep it hidden because they have no place to put it after hours and on the contract it said we have to use the provided lock so we locked it on their gate which is locked and looked secure. Then we walked a 30 minutes to our hotel. Next morning, Miri called us with an attitude asking we did we locked the scooter to their door. I explained what happened with our scooter and then she said well you gotta think more next time, I cant open the gate. So I got out of bed early on my vacation to return the key to the scooter, rented a citi bike and made my way and everything was open and looked normal, so it was not a big deal, miri just didn't want to do work and move a scooter first thing in the morning. Then I underatng for a refund for a defective scooter and her rudeness went through the roof. She said that she couldn't give a refund and pointed it out on the contract, I would of accepted it and went on the way, but the way she went about it was very rude. So I argued out of spite to piss her off and she ended up giving me my receipt and stormed out. As I left and to get on my citi bike, I believe the owner, don't know what his name was, came out and politely explained what Miri said but in a calm, apologetic way. The only reason this place didn't get one star was because of him. I understand that stuff happens with the scooters, I just don't like that she was being so rude and not understanding of what I went through and I still have to pay for a service I didn't receive. Miri was nice at first, but she doesn't not know how to handle problems...

This place sucks. I'll tell you why. We rented 5 mopeds for a weekend adventure in downtown Miami. At first we were excited because the price was good, 200$ for 5 days. Well guess what, we didn't get 1 hour down the road before one of our mopeds broke down. After waiting an hour for a replacement to show up, not even 5 hours later another one of our mopeds broke down. Now obviously we thought because of how terrible the bikes conditions were we would get compensation, but it gets better. They actually forced us to pay for the towing fee to pick our broken down bikes that they poorly maintained.

Next morning. We wake up to find out our bikes had been stolen from our hotel. Well, we call the shop and of course they have no idea what to do, well an hour after the cops showed up the manager arrives at the scene. We discuss our options and decide we will go to the area where the GPS is telling us the bikes are located. This area as you can imagine was terrible. There was bars on every business window and graffiti on the walls. We stopped at a gas station nearby to one of the houses and waited for the police to come so we could get our bikes back, because if we could not, in the contract it's stated we would be forced to pay the full price of the bikes.

Basically this shop screws the tourist. They force you to put a 200$ deposit down and if anything goes wrong (which is extremely likely) you will lose it and thus the cheap price they initially offer becomes much...

DO NOT RENT A SCOOTER FROM HERE WITHOUT INSURANCE!!! They just charged my card $865 illegally! FOR A 3DAY RENTAL

I rented a scooter from this place... The ad on Google said $75 for 2 days so I rushed over there.. I was told by the owner he would not honor that deal.

It was closing time and I took a Lyft so I had to settle for his deal. That scooter died 6 times on me. It was upgrade scooter.

On the last day of my rental my scooter was Stolen! Right in front of my hotel at 7am in front of cameras and guests. After seeing the Servalence and filing a police report I called MB scooter. He said you need to pay for the scooter in full! I asked if there was insurance for theft? He said no you need to pay for the scooter!

I spent the day looking for the scooter with the police. I then saw the overcharge on my account of $865 for a 3 day rental! I never signed anything! They just charged my card $865 illegally!
