My friend and I booked the Electric Surfboard session and we had a HORRIBLE experience. I will give them a zero star if I could. Overall, they provide very poor service, the safety protocol is horrible, instructor barely said anything and they charge unfairly when things go wrong.
During the surfing experience, I fell under the board while surfing and almost SUFFOCATED since the WATER IS DEEP. However, they DID NOT have the good protocol to provide the most basic safety plan. They also did not provide any insurance plan either or any safety training prior to or during the surfing experience. Towards the end of the surfing, I was riding the board and when the board approach a boat and the board touched the other boat and the board tip is crashed. It was not a hard crash, but the tip was chipped. I admit i was not an expert in controlling this because it was my first time. But such a crash, in theory, it should not have chipped. The instructor's board did not have a white paint mark on the tip of the board. But the boards of mine and my friend's both had white marks on the tip. I suspect that the boards have already been damaged before and the tips are not solid enough. As a result, I warn everyone who decides to book with this place. My friend spent half of the session learning surfing and half of the time, THE BOARD STOPPED WORKING. So, she could not even surf for half an hour.
After the experience, they CHARGED me $110 for the damage!!! They provide bad training, the instructor barely speaks English and he provide BAD TRAINING and BAD SERVICE!!!! They did not take any pictures or videos and blame it on us. Taking pictures and videos were supposed to be the part of the package and they BLAMED it on us for not surfing good enough to stand on the board, so they could not take pictures. They did not refund the part that my friend could not use the board because it was not connected.

   Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. Our tour was booked a couple weeks before the date. As the date got closer, it seemed as though the weather was not looking too good for the tour. When calling regarding the weather and if we should cancel our tour, our group was told that it will be fine and if we were to cancel we would not receive a reimbursement of any kind. Even with weather of about 60 degrees and a high wind advisory, the owner would not cancel and was trying to pressure us to cancel so he could keep the money. We ended up going onto the appointment, where we went on rough water that was entirely inappropriate to be on. When asking staff why the experience was not canceled, they admitted that they did not want to partake in the tour because of weather conditions but were told to. We were on the water for about 20 minutes, with all of our paddle boards drifting away from the canal. The waves were intense and the whole group struggled to paddle in the water or have any control over our board. A retired Coast Guard officer warned us that we needed to get out of the water IMMEDIATELY because of the conditions and the fact that he just had to save someone about 40 feet from where we were. The tour guides were no where to be found and we had to manage to pull a group of 9 of us back to shore alone. When contacting he owner, he was argumentative and unprofessional. He claimed that waters were safe, even with a wind advisory from the National Weather Service. He refuses to talk to any of the group after (the tour had already been paid). I cannot say enough negative things about this experience. I felt unsafe, scared, forced to participate and uncared for. It is sad that someone will put another persons life at risk for money. ...
   Read moreI made a reservation on Tuesday morning thinking that I was able to go paddle boarding that afternoon. Sadly I wasn't able to go to the reservation due to a very important meeting I had to attend, which was unexpected. I called in order to try to cancel my reservation and the "manager" Juan kept telling me I couldn't cancel my reservation due to the cancelation policy. I totally understand not being able to cancel if you don't want to go to the place, but I really wasn't able to attend. He kept telling me he was the only person I could talk to and he would not me bothered for $60, which clearly he stealing my money. Because after a long discussion with him I decided to reschedule my reservation as it says in the confirmation order they send, that you can reschedule at any time: IT DOESNT SAY 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO RESCHEDULE, it clearly says 24 hours for CANCELATION. A day later I called again, trying to cancel my reservation, 48 hours in advance of my new reservation. I kept telling him they clearly state that if you call 24 hours in advance of the date of your reservation it can be cancelled. They even give you a number to call in order to do so. Finally he yelled at me through the phone, telling me I would lose my money and that he didn't had any time to deal with me. This person is the face of a company, I mean who cares so little about costumers, that treats them without respect and tells them to their face they would keep their money because they are not able to make a reservation. This is so much lack of professionalism from he's behalf. Don't make a reservation here, this person is extremely rude and they would keep your money if you need to cancel in...
