Overall, my visit to the Paniq Room Escape Room was a satisfying experience. The atmosphere, immersive rooms, and attentive support team made it worthwhile despite the slightly high cost.

Pros: Cool and captivating atmosphere that enhances the whole experience. Flexible booking options, catering to both walk-ins and reservations. They offer public shared rooms as well as group bookings for 3 or more people. A wide selection of 4 themed rooms to choose from: Medieval, Atlantis, Zombies, and Cartel, which caters to different preferences. I chose the Medieval theme and was impressed with the presentation and immersion. It truly transported us back in time. The puzzles were challenging and interesting, which makes for an exciting session. The support team was highly responsive and maintained excellent communication throughout the game.

Cons: While the puzzles were captivating, they seemed to lack a bit of lore which could have made them even more engaging. The price is slightly high, which might deter some people, but considering the quality of the experience, it is still worth...

Unsafe Experience, Poor Staff Response. While attempting to solve one of the puzzles, I received an electric shock. Not only was this incredibly dangerous, but the staff’s response was also disappointing. Instead of taking immediate action and addressing the issue seriously, they seemed dismissive and even defensive when I raised my concerns. Safety should be paramount in any recreational activity, and the fact that such a hazard existed in the room is unacceptable. I urge the management to conduct a thorough review of their safety protocols and ensure that all potential risks are properly addressed. Additionally, staff members should be trained to handle incidents like this with professionalism and urgency. We went last night Thursday (July 11) and we booked right before going at 7:30. We booked the zombie outbreak room and it was so cool! The props were awesome and the room looked amazing! Felt like you were actually trying to escape the apocalypse! The worker that got us set up there was also very amazing and helpful! He explained everything very thoroughly and was very helpful with getting us set up! He was also very patient with us and took several pictures with different poses in the room for us after we escaped! He even showed us the other room we were thinking about doing besides this one, which also looked awesome! (It was the medieval one) Will definitely be back if we have time on our vacation!
