⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Offerings The fish tacos are a standout dish, offering the perfect balance of freshness and bold flavors. The fish is lightly battered and fried to crispy perfection while maintaining a flaky, tender interior. Paired with a zesty slaw, a touch of heat from the house-made sauce, and a squeeze of lime, each bite delivers a satisfying contrast of textures and flavors that make this dish an instant favorite.
SOLA takes their Buffalo wings to another level by first baking them before frying—a method that locks in the juiciness while achieving an ultra-crispy exterior. The wings come tossed in a tangy, spicy Buffalo sauce that clings perfectly to every bite without being overly greasy. Whether you like your wings with traditional blue cheese or ranch, they are a must-try for wing lovers who appreciate a well-executed take on a classic.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cocktails Classic Mojito is everything you want from this signature South Beach cocktail—crisp, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. Made with fresh muddled mint, lime, quality rum, and just the right amount of sweetness, it’s a drink that pairs beautifully with the tropical setting and ocean breeze.
For those looking for something with a little more punch, the SOLA Hurricane delivers. This drink is a vibrant mix of light and dark rum, passion fruit, citrus, and grenadine, creating a fruity, tropical experience that’s as smooth as it is strong. Served with a fun, beachy presentation, it’s the perfect sip for those wanting a taste of the Caribbean right in the heart of South Beach.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Entry One of the highlights of SOLA is its poolside seating, which enhances the entire dining and drinking experience. Read moreOur Cuban waitress was amazing and very friendly! She had 2 little space buns on her head and a wonderful smile in personality. She was the highlight of the meal. Please be aware that sometimes they don't give you everything that's in the description of the meal that you're ordering. That is what happened in my case that's what happened in my case. I ordered the I ordered the salmon potatoes investible with lobster sauce. However only got potatoes potatoes salmon lobster sauce no vegetables. When it was questioned about why I had no vegetables they said oh sometimes they don't They have vegetables. Then I proceeded to say well why haven't on the menu? So then they went back and made me some type of A vegetables. They came back with mushrooms green peppers red peppers and onions. And they said those were my Olive oil Olive oil seared vegetables that read vegetables that go with the meal. When I pushed further and asked the manager he came out and told me that they used whatever vegetables they have available That day for the vegetable as part of that meal. If you can see from the picture that is ridiculous. I did not eat the vegetables that they brought out. The meal in my opinion was not worth the price. Considering that I did not even get all of my items. However on a brighter side my boyfriend got the chicken and waffles which he thoroughly enjoyed. There are 2 huge chicken breasts and serve with waffles and fries it was amazing. The chicken was seasoned well and it wasn't dry. The alcoholic beverages were also good. I got a strawberry mojito Ito and it was very tasty. My boyfriend got a regular mojito and his was great too. The manager ended up giving me 10% off the bill for those horrible vegetables by the way. I love the ambience of the place it is gorgeous. However I would not go back there to eat unless I could get the chicken and waffles. The the salmon wasn't bad but the fact that they brought out the dish incomplete eat kind of left a bad taste in my mouth and...

The manager said it is a “service” charge not a gratuity; this is not what receipt says and not sure the reason for the differentiation. When I brought this up and was upset I was offered free shots; more in rest of post.
One of the worst, if not THE worst restaurant experiences I have had. We seated ourselves and the majority of the seats were dirty, making us have to sit in a spot we did not prefer. Service was horrible, there were probably 4-5 servers and managers on hand and very poor hospitality. We got the seafood pasta and BBQ pork sandwich - tasted quite bad. The hotel room had a menu where prices were already high but in the actual restaurant prices were $5 higher. Despite the poor food and service we ate due to convenience. After finishing the server ran our card, only for us to come to find out that an automatic gratuity charge is added unless you OPT OUT. We were obviously NOT notified of this as it is a way to scam people knowing most will not notice; we were not able to get the gratuity refunded. The manager offered to have us come back and get us two shots because it would be difficult to refund; this I understand as I am very familiar with their POS system. When we returned a few hours later I let the bartender know the manager who had offered us shots, the bartender stared blankly, brought us shots, said nothing, did not tell us what the liquor was, and walked away. We were going to tip and were pulling cash out, even for our “free” shot but we assumed we would at least be able to choose our shot…needless to say we did not leave a tip, we also did not take the shot as the bartender was EXTREMELY RUDE and put such a bad taste in our mouth, much like the rest of the establishment. We will never be back and I strongly suggest you find...
