Chose this store because of the selection of cartiers in stock . I’ve stumble across this store back on vacay a while back and told myself I will come back and get my first pair here! Fast forward I’m back again getting my second pair !!! The exclusivity of the lenses down to the frame is mind blowing ! I bought the heart shape Cartier glasses as my first purchase and came back to purchase a different kind of lens ! Victoria was amazing ! She took her time to show me different lenses and styles . She really took care of me and it didn’t feel like she was forcing a sale. Even went to the back to pull out some exclusives that weren’t even out yet ! Thought I was able to change them myself at home but couldn’t , I brought it back the next day and Armand changed my lenses for me with no issues ! Armand is the best , he is the one who sold me my first pair. Victoria is soooooooooo sweet and has a superb personality ! The customer service is top tier here! And they have wayyyy more than just Cartier glasses . All of the hottest and flyest shades...

Service was fine. Owner was extremely rude. We wanted a picture in the sunglasses to see how they looked to other people. Because they’re so tinted you couldn’t tell when wearing them. Owner was rude. Telling her no photos of them and being extremely rude. Don’t go there. You can by better sunglasses for less.

Editing because the owner responded by lying to me. Copyright has nothing to do with sunglasses and only applies to written works. Taking a picture of a book doesn’t violate a copyright, and neither does taking a picture of sunglasses on your face. Intellectual property only applies to novel inventions. That’s why your store is filled with the exact same product but from different companies. Again, a picture does nothing. That the service was bad is one thing, but to come on and lie to cover it up is worse. This is deplorable and you should feel bad. Your employee or whomever was unacceptable and a terrible salesman. Accept it. Fix it....

Went into Icons Miami Eyewear to have the nose guards I ordered, for a lady friend's Christian Dior, So Real Mirror Sunglasses installed. The place is clean, spacious, well organized, with a wide selection of brands and styles. I was greeted very kindly by Nick, the store owner with a handshake when I walked in. After quickly installing the nose guards in about a minute, he refused to accept payment for his work. He even cleaned the lenses. In a world that is obsessed with money, I found this to be very unusual and I was very appreciative. Finally someone who believes in the virtues of life, like I do!
