I ordered 25 clear plastic cases online or sneaker display cases. After over $400 later, half of them came broken or damaged in some way that affected the actual opening and closing of the boxes. I emailed them, asked what they could do for me, and the first response I got was send photos of where there broken. So I sent them 15 individual photos, they responded with no you didn’t do it correct, send pictures of the broken pieces, so I did. They respond with no you didn’t do it correctly, we need you to match up all the little plastic fragment pieces to the broken boxes, keep in mind some of these pieces are short dog hair sized. Incredibly difficult. When I respond with why are you prolonging this situation they immediately go on the defense and say I didn’t email them correctly. Keep in mind I ordered in October and it was December at this point. I called there support number 3 times separately, leaving my name and phone number for somebody to reach back out and nobody ever did. Keep in mind it’s February now! The last time I spoke to them and told them nobody ever reached back out they say it’s out of there control. Terrible company will not be doing buisness again. If I told you it took me 4 months to get to where I am right now what makes you think the support is gonna do any helping? They all say it’s out of there jurisdiction, and that a representative needs to help me but not one ever called me or reached back out. They keep telling me to email them the exact names of each panels and match up the broken pieces with the panels when I have no clue the names nor where these little plastic shards go. Seems like an excuse to not give there customers the product they paid for. According to your other reviews this isn’t the only way you’ve legally scammed people. I’ve done everything I could at this point to make it known my situation, and nobody has helped me and done it professionally nor productively. That’s why I come here, They respond with all capital letters in there emails and come across rude. If I could save one persons hard earned money order your display boxes elsewhere. And I would stay away from actually ordering because there support team is terrible and clearly doesnt help people. UPDATE almost a year later and there bs reply back to me was useless just like there support team who writes my name down and doesn’t call me back. Haven’t received the boxes or any replacements for them. They sent me a tracking # for replacement lids 5 months back and nothing ever came. No wonder this place is probably failing. Terrible...
Read moreBought a pair of AM90 'Fresh Perspective/Buckle' from their website listed as "NEW, In Stock-Ready to Ship". After 2 weeks I finally received them damaged and incomplete. The buckles over the laces that are unique to this model were missing and the white sidewalls were scuffed and stained. Upon closer inspection, I pulled out the insoles and found glue where one of the air pads had obviously been repaired and ball point pen writing on one of the insoles. All signs that these are clearly not new, not complete, and possibly even fakes. When I ordered this their website stated ships same day and order within the next 6 hours and receive by Thursday. This also didn't happen and was only there to deceive potential buyers. Shoes didn't ship until the following Saturday and then took another week to arrive via UPS ground. When attempting to contact customer service I could only make it as far as a "receptionist" that can take a message. Messages, as well as voicemails I've left have all been unreturned in addition to the email sent with photos of damage. You can't even speak to a customer service or sales rep with them, only a person speaking broken English to take a message which seems more like a third party answering service than even an actually employee. Don't buy into the "yankee kicks promise" stating "Rare finds in pristine condition", "Great customer service", "100% authentic sneakers"and"Worldwide Fast shipping". What the truth is you'll receive stained and scuffed sneakers, non existent customer service, 100% not complete as pictured, shipped the slowest method possible when they actually get around to sending them. In an industry full of fakes and scams, I'm truly bummed that a company like these guys with the hype around them to learn that all that is just BS. I saw all the bad reviews about their mystery boxes being underrated and a scam, but thought at least they would be okay to order shoes from considering all their interviews, etc. denouncing fakes and scams. This was the second mystery box I've bought and the first box I ever got, wasn't any better. I won't be shopping here ever again. Please don't get trapped yourself spending $473.99 with tax / shipping for a shoe that you can sell on stock x / Goat for under $300 after fees. Awful. They most likely purposely price shoes that they put in the box up just to justify scamming you. I understand if a mystery box is exactly the same as the market, I can say "better luck next time." Or heck, even close enough to market because of overhead for a store front. But to purposely have something almost $200 above market that you're out of pocket, insane. The shoe wouldn't even remotely cost what this would if you bought from Stock X, Ebay, Goat, or other reputable store fronts. I even looked at a local store in my area and they were well under $499...Also a box called "Team Early," should have something that either just dropped or hasn't dropped. Not a shoe from August 2021. That would be called "Team Late!"
update on this, took shoes to a local sneaker shop and was offered $300 dollar's for store...
