Get Refreshed — Attraction in Miami

At the time of booking, I clearly told the office my flight times and was assured that my appointment would be scheduled accordingly. I even arrived early, yet I was still made to wait almost two hours while they completely disregarded my schedule. I reminded staff several times that I needed to leave by a certain time.

I had a virtual consultation with Jacob only a few days before and he looked at my face in various lighting and angles where I outlined my goals and preferences. I clearly stated that I did not want threads, and Jacob initially agreed to that plan. His proposed treatment plan included Radiesse filler for my jawline and tear trough filler and at no point did he suggest that threads were required or conditional.

However, when I flew in for my in-person appointment just days later, he completely forgot about this plan and suddenly insisted that he wouldn’t do my jawline without adding threads—something I had explicitly refused. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, where I was misled in the consult only to be pressured in person.

After that, I was offered tear trough filler, which I agreed to. But once again, I was left waiting too long, and at that point, I told them I didn’t want my eyes to be rushed. My Lyft was literally arriving in 5 minutes by that point. Then, Jacob mistakenly thought I was getting PRP—even though they had already charged me for filler. The ongoing lack of attention to detail and the miscommunication were beyond frustrating.

I understand that virtual consultations have limitations, but that does not excuse forgetting the agreed-upon treatment plan just days later or attempting to pressure a client into a procedure they explicitly declined. A consult, whether virtual or in-person, is meant to establish trust and alignment on treatment—not to be disregarded the moment a patient walks through the door.

To make matters worse, they kept both my $75 virtual consultation fee and my $100 in-person consultation fee, despite the complete lack of organization and professionalism. If you’re considering Jacob, I’d skip the virtual consult entirely and go straight to an in-person visit—though, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend either.

This was a complete waste of airfare (over $1k) and my valuable time. If you go to him, make sure you are not on a tight timeline. He is very busy, and for good reason judging by his social media if that is to be trusted, but IMO I feel he is stretched way too thin if he can’t remember me from just a few days earlier and some people—like me—end up paying the price.

There are plenty of injectors out there who actually listen to their clients, are honest in virtual consultations and respect their client’s time. Unfortunately, this isn’t...

I love GetRefreshed because it’s simply the best, Thank God I found Jacob back in 2018, I’m 35 years old and I definitely need to get refreshed again now but at that time I just went to him because I used to compete in beauty pageants and I wanted to achieve the best version of myself to win, he analyzed my face and recommended me nothing, he basically said you are beautiful, nice to meet you, bye, bring me the next client, I’m stubborn, I insisted, so he recommended a little bit of fillers on my chin for balance, I wanted to do my jaw line because of the hype, he didn’t let me, he said my jawline was already perfect and it made me look younger, I appreciated the fact he looked out for my best interest instead of just selling syringes because trust me whatever that men would of told me to do I would of said Amen and given him all my piggy bank, Simply cause I could feel his professionalism I just knew that he was the best Aesthetic provider and no one could compare to him, So! I got my chin done by him and I still got away with getting my lips done by him too😁 I kept coming back for years to touch up, until one day I cheated on him while I was in a trip to Brazil, I went to one of the best in the country cause I was there for months and why not since the currency there is 5 for 1, well that was a mistake because after getting a “tear through” filler in Brazil by someone else at another clinic I’m not gonna mention it’s irrelevant I’m sure it wasn’t they’re fault I mean I don’t know, what happened was.. after that procedure my face got unbalanced and under the right eye got poofy, and I felt embarrassed of my looks I barely took pictures for a year… I came back to the US went to a few doctors to undo the mess…. No one wanted to fix it, they said it wasn’t possible or didn’t want to risk it, some even tried, And guess who fixed it; Jacob by GetRefreshed, and I didn’t even get in trouble with him hehe, I learned my lesson 😅 the positive side of the experience of cheating on Jacob was that I realized he really is the best, not just because I felt his energy, but because he proved it. Thats why Jacob at GetRefred is the only person who will ever touch my beautiful face, it’s my biggest asset, and it’s priceless.
