I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. Before we arrived, I asked about checking in early and was told I’d have to pay for it. I figured since I have status, they might make an exception if the room was ready, but no luck—they just told me to talk to the front desk. When I got there, it turned into an hour-long mess. The lady said both rooms were ready but still wouldn’t let us check in early without paying. I get charging for something extra, but if the rooms are ready and I have status, it just feels like bad service not to be flexible. The rooms were clean and nice, but there was no safe, which is a dealbreaker for me. Breakfast was another problem. The lobby was so crowded there was nowhere to sit, so we had to carry everything back to our room. The variety was super basic—fine if you want a quick snack, but don’t expect much. Plus, the pancake machine had a huge line because it was so slow. Trying to get a late check-out was just as bad. The employee I spoke to late at night seemed like he didn’t understand clear English (or pretended not to) and said he couldn’t do anything because people might book rooms overnight, so I’d have to call back at 7 a.m. I did exactly as they asked and called in the morning, but before I could even finish my sentence, I got a flat “no.” When I asked if she could at least check my room or consider my Hilton Honors status for even an extra hour, she just said they were fully booked and dismissed me. I was shocked by that behavior—this is not the kind of service I expect from a Hilton Hotel. On top of everything, the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting every few hours, which was extremely frustrating. The only positives were the pool and the 24/7 coffee and tea, but the terrible service completely overshadowed them. I wouldn’t stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is an absolute delight. Everything from the rooms, the lobby, the breakfast, the staff, the recreation room, the decoration... All of it was top notch and I'm pretty happy that my experience with Hilton was great after the fiasco I had with my stay in Chicago a couple of years back. My stay was solo and the room was perfect. It's one of those small, practical ones that I love. You have your essentials (as you would only use a place like that to rest) and everything was clean and charming. The AC and the water temperature were working like a charm and never did I feel too cold or too hot as I had full control over it. I also want to give compliments to whoever is cooking the breakfast eggs over there. What an absolute legend: The quality of those scrambled eggs was way above those of a hotel, so people in the kitchen? You guys are the real MVP HOWEVER, I want to mention that when I went there the hotel was sparking new. I don't think it has even two months by the time of this review (the first week of June 2022). Why do I mention this? Because I hope (and I have faith that that's the case) that the staff will maintain the level of quality I experienced on my stay for years to come. So far the first impression has been great but the real challenge is to keep up. There will be maintenance issues, repairs, wear, tear, staff tiredness and other stuff that time will bring so you guys better be ready for it I believe in you folks. 100% would stay here again

Pissed off! We paid for a KING ROOM, arrived, and we're told, we are upgrading you because we overbooked the king rooms and you are now on our top floor. We got to the room to find 2 DOUBLE SIZE beds. That's not exactly an "upgrade" to be on the top floor when we requested a KING and now have to squish into a smaller size bed. Also, the front desk girl didn't "offer" this to us, we were told this is what we have for you and sorry, here are 2 waters. We had to sleep in separate beds because we didn't have enough space in one double bed to sleep next to each other. And on that note, to wake up on Valentine's Day in separate beds was not quite romantic in itself! Our booking agent contacted them for a refund and we were told "the hotel has declined the request for compensation, as the room provided was deemed to be of a higher standard by Julissa at the front desk." HIGHER STANDARD? 2 double beds versus a KING SIZE BED is considered higher standards?! How do you figure?!

Clean, nice, comfy rooms. Free breakfast for all guests. Nice waiting room with a pool table. 3rd floor pool and gym. I would recommend staying here. A few blocks up the street, you have access to stores and loads of dining options.
