Aviance Jewelry II — Attraction in Middle Township

Would give zero stars if I could. I called to ask if they could tighten the prongs on my wife’s engagement ring because the center stone became a little loose. The lady told me to bring it on over and that the jeweler is in. We brought the ring right over. She called the jeweler out and the jeweler looked at it said it wasn’t loose. I showed him that it spins and asked if he could just tighten the prongs slightly. He then began to scold me for not buying the ring from him and that he’s been in town for years. I told him I got the ring locally years ago and that I’ve actually purchased two pieces of jewelry from him in the past. He handed the ring back and said that I should have bought it from him and that he won’t fix it. I explained that I’ve been a customer in the past again. He said it’s an easy fix and he’d do it for free but refused because I bought it from another store. Just to clarify I was trying to pay him for services of tightening the prongs slightly. Beware of this jewelry store!!! I had, what I thought, was a broken lobster clasp on an expensive gold necklace. They never examined the clasp closely, but did find a comparable size in stock. I was quoted $100, and they were giving me a deal from the listed price. I decided to wait. Since I was traveling back to the town where I originally bought the necklace, I went to that store for a second opinion. Oh my goodness!!! The clasp wasn't broken... only had to be cleaned for the closure part to release. They did it immediately... with no charge. I was grateful and flabbergasted!!! Aviance Jewelry wanted to rip me off big time, and almost convinced me why the cost was so high. I will never go back there again, and anyone even considering this jewelry store, should steer clear...

We were buying wedding rings and weren’t really sure what we want , i wanted to look around and see more but the seller rushed us into buying the rings. We changed our minds right after we left the store but decided to at least sleep on it and the next day i still didn’t like them, or anything that we saw in this store. When we came back to return it, they wouldn’t accept it. That’s a store policy, they don’t do refunds. I strongly believe that for that amount of money that we spent ( and it was a lot) and for my wedding ring i should be able to change my mind and choose what i want. Now I’m stuck with the rings that I don’t like and can’t get the money worth back. Utterly...
