Read moreIf I could give the Xfinity store on Rio Grande Ave. more than the five stars it allows I most certainly would!
First, the store. Let me say you can’t hold your feelings about Xfinity on the folks that work at this store. From the greeter’s at the front door to the folks handling our problems, they are personable, knowledgeable, and understanding. And, you can tell by the camaraderie, they themselves are happy working there.
But the second reason, is the sale’s person I worked with - John Hale! I started asking him questions about new phones in June, finally purchasing them mid-September! Yes, he was Personal and knowledgeable, all the people that work there are, but his patience and understanding shown through! Promised a call from tech, no, promised service again, no. Office has no clue where tech are, why late or how to contact them. Finally got a call 7pm 2 hrs after service was due, hung up as I answered. REALLY!! You can't make this stuff up its ludicrous! . I had already asked they drop off modem (since I had to go out) not done. Asked they come after 7:30 if possible, no. No phone service now for 1 week . Can't afford to keep driving 1.5 has each way to get a phone fixed , when no one shows. How can this company stay in business when no one follows their own protocol? Horrific double talk on part of service people, can't get a supervisor, yet they will charge more if I drop phone service. Did i mention my second service call had a text confirmation of...
