From the moment you walk through the door at Culver's, you're greeted with a warmth and friendliness that sets the stage for an exceptional dining experience. The staff is consistently welcoming, always ready with a genuine smile and helpful recommendations. This commitment to guest satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making you feel more like a valued guest than just another customer. The service is prompt and efficient, ensuring that even during busy times, your meal is prepared with care and delivered to your table hot and fresh. It's a level of hospitality that is all too rare and truly makes a visit to Culver's a pleasure. The culinary highlight, without a doubt, is the legendary ButterBurger. Made with fresh, never-frozen beef and served on a lightly buttered and toasted bun, it's a burger that lives up to its reputation. The patties are seared to perfection, creating a deliciously crispy edge while remaining juicy and flavorful on the inside. Every bite is a testament to the quality of the ingredients and the careful preparation. And of course, no meal is complete without a side of their famous Wisconsin cheese curds. These golden-fried morsels of cheddar are crispy on the outside and wonderfully gooey on the inside, providing the perfect savory complement to the ButterBurger. To cap off the meal, one must indulge in Culver's phenomenal frozen custard. It's a creamy, rich, and dense treat that far surpasses any ordinary ice cream. Made in small batches throughout the day, the custard is incredibly fresh and boasts a texture that is both smooth and satisfying. With a rotating "Flavor of the Day," there's always something new and exciting to try, from classic vanilla and chocolate to more adventurous combinations. Whether you enjoy it in a dish, a cone, or one of their famous Concrete Mixers, the frozen custard is the perfect way to end a meal on a high note, leaving you with a lasting and delicious memory...

Went through the drive-thru At about 9:15 p.m. politely ordered a Two piece cod Dinner with extra lemon and extra tartar sauce, Because they never give enough. As well as a double bacon Deluxe with onion rings and a drink. I waited in waited in line until about 9:55 because they were pretty backed up; which is not unusual for them. By the time I had gotten my food, there were no cars left and I noticed I was missing some of the extras I asked/paid for. So, I pulled around to the drive thru again, and it's 9:58 and waited at the intercom just to get rudely told that they were closed. I explained to them that I had just gone through the drive-thru and was missing some extra things from my order. I was ignored so I pulled up to the window and waited. All of the workers saw me, and would make.eye contact and then walk away. I tried waving to them to get their attention and they just ignored me. By this time it's about 10:06, I tried knocking on the side of the window just to receive the same treatment as before. Then someone who said they were the closing shift comes over and says they are closed and they will not be helping me. I tried to explain that I was just missing some extra items then I would leave, just to have the window shut in my face. I continued to wait there, trying to wave them down n and knock on the window. The same person who was the shift told me that if I did not leave they would CALL THE COPS ON ME.i called my family, they said to leave and I called the manager on the morning. She was great and just as appalled as I was. She helped us by getting us new free food the next day, and said that she would be reprimanding that closing shift. Then I come in week later and have issues with the same shift! He still had his position there qnd I was dumbfounded and still am. NO ONE should hold q position in management while threatening their...

Let me start by saying, I actually love Culver's food especially the custard. I think their kids meal is a great value for the price. However this location needs severe help!! We came for dinner on a Monday night. We went inside and there were only about 4 other parties. Our food (a kids meal and 1 adult bacon burger meal) took 20 + minutes to get out to us. Our custard came out 10 minutes before our food and was already melting. Our burgers were made wrong; the bacon burger had no bacon and the other burger was just cheese and patty.. no toppings or sauces. We took them to the front counter and were assured they would be remade. After finishing our fries and waiting an additional 15 minutes, we went back to the counter to see how close they were. The workers argued about who was supposed to make them. Turns out they lost our ticket and hadn't even started remaking them. They also just pointed fingers at who was supposed to be making them. At this point we'd been waiting a total of 40 minutes for burgers. We asked for a refund which they willingly provided. They never asked if there was anything they could do or what they could do better. The "manager" who helped with the refund couldn't have been older than 18 and wasn't directing anyone to manage the issue. On top of that, you could hear the employees in the kitchen loudly laughing and horsing around. The couple in line behind us asked for a refund as well after waiting over 30 minutes for 2 root beer floats. The dining room was also dirty. There were 3+ sodas that were gone or out of order. The fry sauce dispenser was taken apart and empty. The counters were dirty. We have given this location a few tries but every experience has been terrible. We won't be coming back. We'll drive the extra 15 minutes to go to a location with...

Thus is the third time I've been here and every time I'm disappointed. Long wait times, messed up orders, and now this time...I feel like I've been cheated!! Four items...three pictured and it took over 20 minutes. The other item was my concrete mixer and even that they messed up. I asked for bananas and no bananas. Pictured is the three items: cod sandwich, small mashed potatoes and gravy and the one I'm not happy with...side of broccoli. It cost me more than $2 for that!! And there is no option for a larger side. And tonight, I was not the only one upset with wait times. Another customer waited as longer for their food and they had two slightly much larger orders. And on a side note: the outside menu board does not have all their food items...sides included. That's why I went inside this time because I wanted to see the whole menu. This store really needs to work on their times in the kitchen. It is unreal to be called a fast food restaurant and have a drive thru when wait times are way past 10-15 minutes per order. Yes, there are three different types of meat and lots of variety; but that does not justify the times. Even Sonic drive thrus are faster!! And for the record, I work at the number one fast food in a few categories in the nation. I know how quickly food needs to get out and how waiting on kitchen can be difficult for the guests. The staff at Culver's needs more people. The person at the register was not addressing new customers as they came in and took awhile to get over and take their orders. Two people doing desserts...one for drive thru and for front. More people overall could help their time in the red. It's still good food but still, work smarter not harder and of course be accurate with speed.

I took my 93-year old mother to Culver’s because she saw their TV Commercial. She ordered the fish & chips. 3 pieces of cod. I got a burger. The fish fell apart in her fingers when she tried to pick it up to dip it in tarter sauce, and she said it was tasteless. I tried it and agree. She left 2 pieces on the plate ($10 worth?). I took a picture of how much food ($$$) we left on our tray. My hamburger was likewise the most tasteless I have ever eaten. Same for the awful grainy fry sauce, which I get whenever I order fries if they have it. The fries were floppy and unremarkable in taste. Everything was so bland it reminded me of when I served food at the VA Hospital back in the early 80s. The dinner roll my mom got was stale and crumbled when I tried to butter it for her. Horrible food. The service too was poor. We stood at the counter waiting to order for 3 minutes before anyone even looked in our direction. While we were eating, one of the staff that handled food in the front opened the garbage bin doors, pulled the two cans out part-way, then used his bare hand to push the wet garbage down further, and then he closed them back up. Lovely. I was too slow in getting out my phone to take pictures. I almost followed him to see if he would go back to handling food without washing his hands. We were excited to try this restaurant, but we will never be going back. I may add to this review as soon as the food poisoning starts up.

Culver's is a chain restaurant, so the decor and ambience are pretty standard. The place looked clean, had a self serve fountain drink area. First time at Culver's, but had seen many articles about them being the best burger joint. Service was the regular walk up to counter ordering. They give you a number for the table to bring out your order to you. One nice thing, they don't ask for a tip on the pay machine. Down to the food now, and we split a Mushroom Swiss double. The burgers are thin and fried on the griddle for a crisp surface. I get that, but they are cooked with no salt or pepper on them. I don't get that. There is salt and pepper at the drink station, but trying to add it after the fact isn't a good choice for me, especially on a burger with toppings, I did add pepper on ours, since there were few mushrooms on it. (see photo) So for me, the burger meat wasn't great and the the lack of shrooms was disappointing. 2. We got there just before 1PM, so the lunch crowd was pretty much leaving. The onion rings were overdone. It seemed to me that they were tossed back in the oil to make them hot again. I would call them refritos oniones. (see photo) Cost was decent, but the lunch was underwhelming.
