My husband bought a new dvd for me to help my complete a small collection, up to season 12, and S11 was one I was missing. I knew right away something was wrong. Upon removing the exterior wrapping I saw the correct price tag for the item, which was $7.00 less than what was printed over it. I had purchased all the rest of my collection from this location in the past year+, and all the seasons should cost about $12.99 at the most. The majority I have purchased here cost $9.99, as visible in the pictures.
Buyer Beware. They won’t refund anything unless it’s broken. This is also not the first time I had issues here. I have had to return multiple defective items before, so I wish my husband never stopped by here again. How they run this place seems worse than it used to be, and it was never that great. Last time I went they had figurines displayed in front of items hanging on a shelf, where if you reached for a hanging item you would risk knocking over all the figurines. Very cluttered and poorly thoughtout storage in most spots.
Only consider VS when it literally cannot be found anywhere else and you don’t care about spending 2x to 3x more than anything is worth. And you don’t have issues with clutter and tight spaces (I could never stay inside this place for very long.)
Other things purchased this past trip that were overpriced included Nintendo switch games and accessories and a PS adapter. That actually is defective, but I won’t waste more time in this shop getting a refund if I can’t get it for all the items.

Read moreVintage Stock is about as good as it gets. You'll find things there from your childhood up until present period from video games to board games to card games and beyond, it is a nerd's fantasy.
My son got very into Magic the Gathering playing cards, and we would randomly walk in there and grab a deck and he always seemed to be thrilled with the contents. They also have lots of pokemon cards and other collectible cards as well. Their comic book selection is not the greatest in the city, but they have all the big named comics.
They have videos for days. DVD's, Blu-rays, you name it and they have it. They also have vinyl records and tons of CD's. Their music selection is actually very impressive, if you still prefer physical media.
They're collectible toy selection is incredible. They have tons of Funk-O pop vinyl toys And an incredible assortment of other collectible toys. Still in to D&D? They have you covered. Do you like manga comics? They have you covered. Need help getting past a certain video game and you're looking for a guide book? Again, they have you covered.
Speaking of video games, this is my favorite part about Vintage Stock. They have games from Atari, NES, SNES. N64, Gamecube, Wii, WiiU, Switch, Gameboy, Gameboy Color, Gameboy Advance, NDS, 3DS, PS1, PS2, PS3, PS4, PSP, PS Vita, Xbox, Xbox360, Xbox1, Sega Genesis, Sega Dreamcast, YOU NAME IT, THEY'VE GOT IT!!!

Read moreGood selection of stuff but thats not what my problem is. I sold some stuff, I felt like the vibe was okay before we left (looked around some, got asked a few questions but the energy was still good). Well, got the call to come by for the quote. I said awesome, be by in around 45 minutes. Well, came in the first girl we originally worked with was busy so she called her coworker over. Pay(?) was quite rude from the jump. Was very flat with us, rude in telling us our bag was on the opposite side of the register on the ground with vinyl they werent buying. At this point I was like okay cool thats whatever. She tells me the $$$ and so I say cash, I sign the receipt and then she just hands me both and walks away. I’m used to counting money back to customers to make sure so I felt like this transaction was incredibly weird and unprofessional. I understand people are probably rude when selling their stuff but I truly had no complaints or even questions, I was just there to sign for the quote. Very weird customer service interaction, I would probably not have that person work the front if theyre uncomfortable doing so since it seemed...
