First of all, this place is not recommended unless you are of lighter skin color. I went there yesterday 08/28/2024 around 5 with my nephew to just get a fade up. When we entered the shot 2 Latinos were waiting to get cut and there were only 2 Barber available and they were cutting hair at the time. Once they were done with those 2, they called the 2 Latinos * they normally do appointments or just sign your name and wait to be called* after cutting those 2 Latinos it was me and my nephew left, but I noticed the other barber left unnoticed, and the other guy was black skinny about 6 feet tall, instead of alerting us that they either wanna close and go or do not wanna server us they made us sit and wait for more than 40 minutes just to find out the guy can't cut hair or have no clue what tool to use to shape up the kid hair, waste my time, was my money and messed up the kid hair line, and after all he have the guts to tell me he can't do 2 hairstyles because the camera is watching him🤔🫨 I noticed something about Minneapolis, people here are either awkward or not use too socialize. I wish I could post the kid photo to justify my point but since the Internet is a sick place and privacy is dignity I can disrespect his dignity to just prove that ignorant...

I was completely blown away by the service here, given by Dondo. I brought my two year old son in to get his first haircut and Dondo stepped up to the plate. I had no idea how I wanted my toddlers hair to be cut and Dondo gave recommendations and me decide which would be best for my boy. As Dondo got started my son threw a huge fit and was screaming and wiggling everywhere. He, literally, had to be held in place. Dondo was soo patient, kind and reassuring to my boy and myself. Dondo even took breaks in between, when I requested, and continued to reassure us, was playful and asked my son questions to keep his mind off of it. I am so pleased I was with Dondo and our experience at Stilos. Even with a wiggly, screaming, fighting toddler, Dondo did a beautiful cut. You would have never known my son behaved the way he did by looking at his cut. You would assume he sat as still as a statue. And after the cut was finished, Dondo was showing my son around the shop, giving him high fives and doing everything to make my boys first hair cut experience positive.
