Tii Cup — Restaurant in Minneapolis

Awesome place to meet friends or have a date night. Downstairs you will find a nice Boba shop with fantastic options. Upstairs is a speakeasy style boba inspired bar with food options. I highly recommend the bar upstairs; the vibes are good, the bartender was tentative and nice to talk to. The drinks were made very well. They do have a weekly Happy Hour and are less busy during the week. According to the bartender weekends can be very busy. Overall recommend and will be back!

We tried: Popcorn Chicken (8.5/10), Garlic Noodles (little Salty 7/10), Golden Milk Tea (8.5/10), Jasmine Thai Tea (7.5/10), Boba Balls (Not much flavor 6/10), Tri Color Jelly (7/10), Chocolate Bubble Waffle (Wish it was filled with Chocolate - just drizzled 8/10)

ps: Over heard staff talking about how they were over having the Yelp Elite Reviewing for the week... well were not all Yelp Elite I did not factor this...

Making my truck through the uptown area of Minneapolis I stopped in through Tii Cup and one-of-a-kind Waffle and have to say that it's certainly is a must-stop spot in the uptown area if you're looking for a boba or even a nice cup of coffee or cappuccino if that for your style. I had a chance to stop by mid-afternoon when traffic was light and talked Joe - he was very helpful in pointing me towards the favorites on the menu as I picked the signatures thai/green boba and the chocolate bubble waffle. Both hit this spot on an afternoon when my time did not afford me the luxury of a full lunch I love the aesthetics of their establishment as well as the choice of background sound being dance music playing. They also have an elevator for our disabled or wheelchair-bound friends...

Love at first sight…and bite with this place. I was walking by, stopped in on a whim, and can’t wait to be back. The popcorn chicken was lip-smackin’ good, along with the coconut-lychee-basil seed drink I got. They are a very welcome sight here in Uptown and I sincerely hope they do well enough to stick around for a long time. Staff were super friendly, and the atmosphere was clean, vibrant, and comfy—they are well deserving of your business both for the quality of the food and the vibe. I hope to be back to try more of the offerings at the L2 bar upstairs too. Thank you Tii...
