I am a (in)frequent customer of Meeple Valley. I started visiting for the board games but kept visiting for those Tony's microwaveable pizzas. They taste like childhood. And what better place to enjoy the taste of childhood than a place where you can re-experience the joys first introduced during childhood? They sell everything from the classics to the most complex RPGs you've ever heard about. They have accessories, dice, card sleeves, miniatures, game-piece upgrades, 3D printed trinkets which support another small business, all kinds of things. Personally, I'm a fan of Star Wars: Unlimited, a game for which they host in-house tournaments. Not to mention they have an overwhelming amount of games in their rental library, even some for toddlers. They host monthly RPG sessions with guest dungeon masters. They sponsor events alongside USS Balthazar that support local charity organizations like the Board Game Extravaganza; my wife and I had a great time getting to test new game ideas and dipping our toes in D&D. Plus we took a few games home as raffle prizes! I visited once while a local business hosted a party at the Meeple Valley and the place was roaring with laughter. Opening day impressions: Fantastic value with $7 day pass and $35 monthly membership! Great selection of games in the lending library and for sale out of the gate. Options for all ages and schedules. As promised in the name, they've got a small selection of snacks so you can continue playing when parched or famished. Don't be afraid to drop by for a "pick up game" if you're a solo gamer or small group of players. They're adding a bulletin board and programming to encourage player connections, but I'm willing to bet you'll find people happy to welcome you into a game. A stranger and I jumped into a game within 15 minutes of walking through the door this busy Saturday. Highly recommend Tokaido Duo as a fast-to-learn, fast-paced game for two players. Two first-time players went from unsealing the box to first play through in about an hour. Appropriately enough, it...

If you're looking to get into DnD (Dungeons and Dragons) or any other tabletop role playing games, this is the BEST place in town, hands down. Go join their Discord that's listed on their website, there are DMs constantly recruiting to play games, mostly in the 5e DnD system.
If you're nervous about playing because you're afraid that players won't be welcoming to someone brand new, don't worry at all, everyone is extremely supportive
10/10 place, I'm here at least once a week to play DnD games with...
