Extremely slow service. We were there 4 hours just trying to upgrade 2 phones, we already knew what we wanted, the associate just couldn't get the sale to complete, & then he didn't know how to activate one of the phones. After just sitting I asked what we needed to do & he said oh I just need to ask for help.
We came to this store because we heard they are faster & have better deals. They are more expensive than the coorporate store, & a lot slower. Our associate had no idea about the prices, & if they honored online prices, & he didn't really know what he was doing.
After he told me the total, I asked him why it seemed so high, he said sales taxes were higher then we expected. He charged us transfer fees that we should not of been charged because we came home & did all of that with our Wi-Fi, he said the stores Wi-Fi didn't work. We paid more for the phones than we would of at the coorporate store, & my phone case was more expensive there as well.
I went in hoping it was going to be something we could fix but I waited another half hour for an associate who wasn't even working today to tell me she couldn't do that, a manager had to. Then told me that she could probably fix it but we had to return our phones, re-buy them & re-activate them. Then let me know that some of the fees are standard fees. I will try to go back one more time & see if this can be fixed before I complain to Verizon about this store.

Read moreFind a different store if you value your time. Seems they only employ 1 staff member. She tried up-selling extra tablets and watches to an older couple that clearly didn't want or need them. After 45 minutes of this we decided to visit the other store in monroe. While we were waiting, a different couple that was there before us had decided to also leave (after browsing the phones) because they said they were tired of waiting to be helped as well.
Also there is no wifi at this store to use while waiting for them to fix our issue with the mobile network (the very reason we were there in the first place).

The woman tells me I have to turn the phone into the same exact store I got the phone at. So I drove across town to turn my phone in, no biggie.
