This rating is for a water heaters only. I am a license plumber, and i highly recommed you read about what your buying. The industry is changing, and ever since that big brew ha ha with facebook and how the where sharing you info, and the CEO said you signed the agreement. Since no one raised hell about it, there are people literally exploiting you. About Home Depot, you can buy wood, paint, garden supplies. DO NOT BUY WATER HEATERS HERE. Here is why. With Rheem there are the PRO brands, and the inferior brands, they sell only pro at supply houses like mega western. Rheem also owns the Ruud and RayPak companies. The inferior models are sold at home depot. Rheem has three manufacture facilities in the US that makes water heaters for the pro suppliers. The ones that go to home depot are made in another factory in another country. If you said mexico your right. Say if you make a purchase from home depot. If your water heaters breaks, guess what, your the service person. They will like computer companies do, give you technical support for the warranty, over the phone. Or you can a phone of a local tech and they will tell you how to fix it. Then like me with my clients water heater being 7 years old. To replace it, it takes 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 weeks. They cant tell where is there a home depot where i can pick it up, there isnt one, maybe TJ home depot.i have been screwed by rheem for this i pay attention. Let a contractor bear the burden. Where making purchase, if you first option is cost, and its an emergency, then do what you have to do. I suggest going with quality, warranty, is extended warranty availble, contractor, cost, service agreements. If you would have went to home depot 2 years ago, you would saw all types of waters heaters with 9 and 10 warranties. Now they kick everyone to the curb, and they only sell Rheem. And its a 6 year warranty. In the long run its more cost effective to get a good plumber. Asked...

But the guy who helped me with my purchase of some vertical blinds couldn't understand me.
Only one window. I wanted the head rail cut to fit my window. I wanted to mount it outside the window opening and he couldn't understand what that means.
I kept telling him the actual window opening and was asking him how much extra I should make the headrail to make sure the blinds blocked out the light and he was still trying to make the head rail fit the actual window opening.
I finally have up and just added 5 inches.
I also wanted two different colored blinds. A light and slightly darker look.
So he is telling me how many blinds I need, and im telling him to split that amount by two, and round up to to the actual package.
If I needed 5 packs of blinds, then give me 3 packs of each color.
Again he was telling me I only need 5 packs, and if I wanted another color then I would need 5 packs of the other color.
I finally just said, give me 3 packs of each color and if I needed more then I'll come back.
He then cuts everything and I load it into the cart. Get to the cashier, and the first pack she grabs has no SKU.. I then notice he cut and have me the bottom of the blinds. No hole.
I then go back to find him and he is telling me that's what I wanted. I said no. Why would I want blinds that I can't hang.
I'm not getting mad. But I definitely don't trust him anymore.
He is telling me I can drill the holes. And im saying nope.
He then just grabs 3 more packs and is measuring. And im over his shoulder to make sure he measured twice and cuts once.
Tl/dr
I think he he was confused by my wanting two different colors on the same window. I'm thinking he is picturing the two different color would be on one slat. As if I would glue or attach the slats so one color would be on top and the other color would be...
ย ย ย Read moreMonday morning went down and a rented a rug shampooer for less than 2 hours, they made me leave a 100.00 deposit and this deposit cannot be cash (* because this would make them have to return that same day, the left over amount to you in cash ) so they get to play this geedy, Scam they force you to post the Deposit via Debt Card, so anyway, I used the machine for 90 min. Cleaned it up, and returned it, they charged me 28.00, the machine worked fine, and I could live with the price, is why the 2 stars, but where Home Depot fails miserably is, when you bring back the machine and close out the transaction, instead of amending the transaction, the final charge is processed as a refund, with the sole purpose, is to hold on to your money( for 3 to 5 business days is the corporate mantra,) but always takes the entire week before you get your money back, so with the 2,300 Home Depots there are, this generates a chunk of cash in the 25 million dollar range, daily, that is continues and self generating, that is A. IS Not THEIR'S, & B. A huge chuck of Cash that they get to collect interest on for 7 days, and this Perpetual Money Tree, is perfect because they don't have to supply any product for this, no service, or personel, just momentarily let you use a tool, this single tool besides the rental fee, with this 1 tool could generate hundreds of transactions, this is for pure corporate greed, that you and I literally pay for, So mad that I gave up 100.00 for a 27 .00 charge, and now I have lost control of 72.00 for 7 days, when like every other transaction when completed, they should have put that 72.00 back in my hand, not play shill games to collect interest. HOME DEPOT'S TOOL RENTAL PROGRAM IS PART SCAM, AND IS USING YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY FOR 7 DAYS AFTER YOU...
