Tacos La Doña — Restaurant in Monrovia

They dont know how to take care of a guest when they make a mistake on a guest's order. When a food establishment makes a mistake on someone's order they fix their mistake and make that guest a new and correct order. In most cases if the guest ordered to-go and had to come all the way back for the order to be corrected they would even get their mondey back. Normally you cant really go wrong with a taco truck. I Ordered a burrito, a taco, and a torta with no beans. We even tipped a few dollars. Made it home and the torta had beans, which I would've scraped off if it wasn't caked all over the meat. Went back to get a new one, didn't want my money back, just wanted a new torta with no beans, even brought back the old one (it had a single bite taken out) to show their mistake and instead of being apologetic and quick to solve their problem, they argued with me saying my girlfriend and I never said no beans and that they repeated the order to us (they did and repeated "no beans") and then had the audacity to try and charge me for a new one. It took a long argument and me raising my voice for them to fix my order, and when they gave it to me they said they were willing to work with me from the start and I never had to raise my voice (the only reason I did was because they weren't working with me and were trying to charge me for a new one). This truck used to be so good when it was in San Gabriel! I was so happy to be driving on Duarte when I spotted this truck. I recently moved to this area and it was such a pleasant surprise to see a familiar truck I used to frequent in San Gabriel. This truck used to have what I thought was the best al pastor tacos! I recently tried them last week and was disappointed they weren't as good as I remember. Maybe it was just an off night. I will give them another try.
