I absolutely love mohegan and the bell hop service ! Jay is amazing 👏 🤩 and the cleaning service and all I tip them all because they deserve it !!! The only downfall is the hot tub has been broken for months and now the pool is down ! I know they are closing that whole area next month or December and remodeling but having back injuries and all the hot tub is my main reason to stay at sky hotel! To not fix it for months is insane we all know how much money they make a minute lol I hope they have everything planned out so this doesn't happen in the future because I love mohegan but I do wanna check out foxwoods resort as well! Other than that they have amazing shops and restaurants and I will always recommend them to everyone and also valet has been very slow lately they made me late for work twice and took over 45 minutes one time when noone was there my car was heated all the way so they had it running the whole time as well but they are usually good maybe just a couple bad times so I will give them the benefit of the doubt but if it happens again then I have to talk to someone but things happen so I forgive them but I hope they work a little harder at keeping us guests happy as I stated I tip and at least 5 dollars and I hardly work being disabled so that's a lot of money and generous for me but they work hard so I reward that but they gotta be more time respectful 🙏 other than that I...

Overpriced. Slots never pay off. Rooms are overpriced, no breakfast. Fees and taxes make everything way more expensive. Got a good room rate in the Earth casino. For two nights the taxes and fees alone were over $50. Restaurants are overpriced, shops expensive. You have to pay "amenities fees" even if you don't use the amenities (gym, pool). Earth casino dark and smokey. Hotel rooms have paper thin walls. We could hear motorcycles outside the room, neighbors TVs blaring. The handicapped rooms were too small for our handicapped cart to get in the doorway. Not a lot of value considering how much we lost in the casino. No amenities even though we paid the fees. Post script: I get emails with low room prices. I called to book for the low price advertised, $19. Of course there are none left. Made a reservation for two night next month for more than I want to pay. Then I get another email for November for a lower price. I don't appreciate that or the $18 a day "amenity fee". What amenity? Breakfast, no. Quiet? No. Big room? No. That doesn't include the crazy Connecticut taxes. I just had major car repairs this week. I'm cancelling my reservation.
