Extremely disappointed I thought Coach was a brand of excellence Sales person referred to a purse as " hobo bag" was Extremely offended. Comparing bag of excellence to homeless person. Decided to ignore that comment and move on.

I say I need a belt ....I ask where they are made....ignorant salesperson says some are made in Portugal....I am excited to buy a Portuguese Coach belt. Salesperson says....I do not know what belts are made in Portugal....

Absolutely amazing staff. Everyone is extremely helpful and will go out of their way to find an item. This location has all of the current designs. If you time it right you might even find some Coach stuff on sale too! I bought a wallet for my dad for Christmas and the staff actually wrapped it up with a bow, a small little keychain, and offered me Coach water! It was well worth the visit and am looking forward to...
