I came to lush this past “weekend” for the Dave matthews band concerts. I walked in and immediately was greeted by this goddess of a woman, Jessica. Jessica was so helpful and kind and had this glowing infectious energy about her. She set me up with exactly what I needed and then offered me some amazing and perfectly fit for me samples to go home and try. Jessica made me feel beautiful and magical and it was exactly the confidence boost I didn’t even know I needed, after passing my ex at the show with a new girl. I wish every customer service person was as incredible as Jessica is. I can’t thank her enough for spreading her radiant light on me and making me feel so beautiful when I wasn’t that day! This girl deserves a raise! I hope she trains all your new staff members because she rocks! Thank you Jessica

I believe her name is Jessica, I love this store and I love her😭 I’ve been to Lush close to my house and I hate it. I make my fiancé drive an hour to the casino just to go to this lush and stock up. I was really sad because we couldn’t find my let the good times roll anywhere so I call my favorite store, and she goes “we’re getting Sticky Dates tomorrow and we have the let the good times roll lotion” she put it aside for me, we woke up at 9am to get here when they open. She knew exactly what I wanted and exactly why I got the scents I did from Love Island 😭 Regardless of this experience, this is the only Lush that goes out of their way to make sure you have the full on luxury try it in store smell everything experience. I just visited around 3:35 on Monday July 31 to return a defective bottle of super milk i bought last week for over $45. The sales person was extremely rude because I didn't have a reciept even though I told her I had the card I bought it on as well as the credit card statement. I had no intention to return the product as I have purchased for years from lush and never had a defective bottle before. As a tribal member I expect more. Needless to say we won't ever be back due to the disrespect. We used to have a lot of faith in this brand but defective products plus rude service plus being 8 months pregnant and having to bring my young kids back in to make an exchange is just too much.
