I came to lush this past āweekendā for the Dave matthews band concerts. I walked in and immediately was greeted by this goddess of a woman, Jessica. Jessica was so helpful and kind and had this glowing infectious energy about her. She set me up with exactly what I needed and then offered me some amazing and perfectly fit for me samples to go home and try. Jessica made me feel beautiful and magical and it was exactly the confidence boost I didnāt even know I needed, after passing my ex at the show with a new girl. I wish every customer service person was as incredible as Jessica is. I canāt thank her enough for spreading her radiant light on me and making me feel so beautiful when I wasnāt that day! The sales person was extremely rude because I didn't have a reciept even though I told her I had the card I bought it on as well as the credit card statement. I had no intention to return the product as I have purchased for years from lush and never had a defective bottle before. As a tribal member I expect more. Needless to say we won't ever be back due to the disrespect. We used to have a lot of faith in this brand but defective products plus rude service plus being 8 months pregnant and having to bring my young kids back in to make an exchange is just too much.
