Good night turned bad. At first very good. Originally the comedy show was going well we were all enjoying our evening. Erin was awesome and so happy she won. On a bad note, she didn't even have a full audience to see her receive her recognition because of the host - such terrible, disgusting, vulgar, nasty, filth that he was saying that he thought was funny. The other comedians did a great job and at first he was funny at the begging of the show. Maybe he got drunk as the evening went on, didn't know I just know he ruined the end of the show. That's not just my opinion, it's also the opinion of the many, many.. people that walked out before finding out who won. I normally wouldn't say anything negative about anyone that is trying to entertain. At first I tried to stay but he got more and more disturbing. I thought maybe it just was going to be quick and I'd deal with it but every time he opened his mouth his comments were more vulgar than the last. I walked out and then as I waited outside to see who won I would ask others that were coming out who won and each of them would say I don't know because that guy was disgusting and they couldn't stand being in there. This wasn't just a few, they were leaving by the dozens. I think it was terrible that he didn't notice how the room was clearing out or he did and he didn't care. I wouldn't want to offend someone by walking out, however it was so vulgar and nasty I needed to leave and as I said so many others did too. I felt bad for the comedians that no longer had much of an audience left because they were so disgusted by the things that the last guy was saying. They said he won season 2 I can't imagine that this garbage is the same thing he was using Sunday evening was the same stuff he used then. In the beginning of the show he seemed funny, then as we waited for the results, he was not funny, his commentary was so over the top vulgar, disgusting, absolutely awful. It was such a shame that someone else's victory wasn't all it should have been. I apologize to Erin, I wish you all the best. You should have 5 stars. Very disgusted and disappointed by the host who did the last part of the show.

Read moreI was just trying to celebrate my U.S. Naturalization and my husband’s 14 years of military service, but instead we get treated like second class citizens
Terrible service; front staff acted rudely from the moment we walked in.
The first interaction was already rude; They screamed at me and acted as if I was a nuisance. All it took was me going up to the counter to verify that our tickets were for the show and that I was in the correct location.
I felt that the people at the counter had racial prejudice as my husband and I are minorities. We were told to step to the side and wait as we had some food (a few pieces of chicken nuggets), so we did, and then more groups of people (non of them minorities), some with drinks, came and all treated significantly differently than we were. So courteous and respectful, and if asked to wait addressed with Ma’am or Sir but to us, then they came again and threatened to kick us out even though we didn’t even address them and waited as instructed. All this while the other groups who were told to wait due to having drinks were still being treated nicely even though they would place their cups on the counter.
The treatment was obviously different, and it made me feel uncomfortable.
We waited as my husband is military and just visiting and had friends and family meeting him there. During the show, we did find the manager who acted nicely and said he would talk to the staff, but it seems he is still just trying to defend them as nothing came out of it. As he also told us, he could not do anything but instead submit a complaint at the Casino Customers Services after the show. When we tried to do so, they told us they could not do anything since the COMIX ROADHOUSE is an independent contractor just renting the space. They did send a representative to talk to the manager. Still, again nothing came out of it, so it seems it was just a tactic to get us to leave without submitting a formal complaint and protecting his employees who treaded us with such racial bias.
I am highly disappointed as I had enjoyed my visits to Mohegan Sun, but this had left lasting impressions and not sure that...
Read moreMy family and I went to Comix Roadhouse to celebrate a birthday with a comedy show. The show was nice and the comedians all had different styles of standup which was nice. The staff and Comix Roadhouse was particularly rude and inconsiderate. When my husband was asked to stop vaping his e cigarette (which he did not) we were then asked to leave and due to the size of my husband (6'3'') they felt it was necessary for 3 individuals to approach us.... we got up and walked out without issue or question. We went to the bar and was told by a small balding man that we were cutoff??? Cutoff after 1 1/2 drinks? When inquiring about why he made that decision the little man was noticeably frazzled and responded with "well lets start with why your husband thinks he can approach me".... Even as he was speaking to me a female, you could tell that this guy was very out of sorts and had a very intimidated stance... I know what it's like to work in the service industry and this "manager" wasn't in a capable mindset. You could clearly tell that Roadhouse was not equipped to handle a busy Thursday night if the only staff other than the bar staff was a very small man and a few security officers who were born in the babyboomer generation. I was wondering why the place was empty at 10pm on a Thursday in the middle of a casino and now I know why. Positive note is that this place doesn't have age discrimination but negatively they don't know how to run the place either.
95% of our group ended up winning HUGE at the casino which probably wouldn't have happened if we stayed at the Roadhouse so we're very appreciative of that!! I would never go back to such a place with low grade staff, god forbid there was actually a major altercation in this place, they'd have no way of...
