11/11/2018, my wife and I attended a Doobie Brothers show. We sat in the upper sections and the sound level that this performance presented was not only painful to the ears, but the vocal portion of the performance was just about blocked out over the intensity of the instruments. I advised the arena supervisors in the reception area, as my wife and I - including many others, were leaving. After a few minutes of this experience, we and others in our section left all remarking on how irritating the sound levels were. The supervisors that we talked to said there was nothing that could be done. It seems the entertainers rent the space that they're entertaining in and they control the sound. It was very obvious that no one at this property does a sound check and a decibel level audit, prior to a performance. This blasting of sound may be enjoyable for some, but the acoustics in the upper sections of this location, being all concrete, are a very poor design when instrumentals are performing at extremely high...

What a horrible experience it was yesterday to see the Storm and the Sun. The management was totally unprepared for the crowd. We waited in line 45 minutes before 1:00 and did not get in until midway through the second quarter. The people managing were sending people from one entrance to another without guiding them so they just pushed their way into an existing line and felt justified. My husband and I had a walker and a cane. There was no allowance made for handicapped people. If there was not one of the personnel notified us. When we got to the entrance for our section the usher showed us to the wrong seats. Do you realize how hard that is for handicapped people. What a complete mess! The sound quality of the Jordan Davis concert was terrible. Too loud. Way too much bass. Could not hear anything the singing sang what so ever. Sound was muddy and distorted. The only thing the sound engineer engineered was a pounding headache. The acoustics of the arena were one demention and flat. Not to mention the floors of section 17 were swaying back and forth at least 2 feet in either dirrection with the people of the crowd. I was genuinely concerned for our saftey. Seats and isles poorly marked. Emergency exits were vaguely labled.I expected for the concert to take Jordan Davis music to another level to experience it live.
