This store has horrible customer service. My parents are visiting me on vacation, and we visited Mohegan Sun, and the Tommy Bahama store while there. My father loves Tommy Bahama. All of the shirts he owns he buys here. I give him gift cards here every Father's Day and Birthday. We walk in and no one asks if we need help. We pass all three cashier's multiple times as we are looking and they look at us and never say a word. We left, and I decided to go back and ask for a comment card. They all pretend to not know what that is and then become apologetic. Be polite to your customers no matter what they look like. The bulk of my rating is because of the service provided here. Crystal and her team are awesome..Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The store features a goid mix of product. Anything you find on their website can be ordered and shipped for free. Its nice to see TB has begun to offer more promotions in recent years with several seasonal sales.
