London Garden — Attraction in Moreno Valley

I had my daughter’s 15nera at London Gardens last night . Everything was absolutely Gorgeous, even more so then what I had imagined. The food delicious, the cake looked amazing and tasted great. The DJ kept everyone dancing all night long. The desert table was beautiful. My event coordinator was Claudia. She did an amazing job at making sure everything was flowing according to schedule and running smoothly. Bartender was polite, professional, and made good drinks. My event ran from 6PM-1AM. Photo booth was a hit, and the lounge/ kids room was a great touch. Claudia and some staff assisted me load up my car at the end of the night with all the gifts and anything that was to be taken home. Every single staff member was polite and professional. The decorations were amazing. when we walked in and seen the complete set up we were in complete AWE . The compliments from our guests were endless. I would def. Recommend this venue. Everything was beautiful and clean.

Angelica was also a great help through the planning process. She would answer all my questions and listen to all my concerns. If I wasn’t ok with something or I questioned something she was patient and did her best to accommodate me and honored my contract . When I booked this venue it was under different ownership I believe. So when I began to work with Angelica & Claudia I felt a bit uneasy, not because they did anything wrong but because I had already been in contact and comfortable with the previous coordinator. But like I stated before all my questions were answered and my concerns were listened to.

Last night was definitely what dreams are made of. Thank You London Gardens for making it...

I can’t find enough words to express how grateful I’m with London Gardens, specially Claudia, since day 1 she was always so helpful and on top of every detail. Everything was exactly what we wanted plus more. Our guest just keep talking about every detail and how good the food was and the service that received from the Bartender Robert, he was awesome making sure everyone got good drinks and he had such a good attitude the whole time. Jose the leader of the kitchen made sure everyone had a meal as soon as they arrived him and his whole team rocks. Ruben was also on top of every detail and making sure everything was running smooth. At the end of the night he was so patient and helped me load stuff into my car. I 100% recommended this venue to anyone who is looking to have an event stress free. The only thing that can improve is the DJ, he missed up twice playing the wrong songs, at the main entrance and during the father daughter dance but other than that everything was just ask I expected and let me tell you I had high standards. Everything was cleaned and it stayed cleaned throughout the event they have an incredible team here starting with Claudia, to the security, bartender, lead, and servers. I’m so pleased with the service we received too bad I don’t have any other big events coming up otherwise I would of total ok again with London Gardens. Claudia thank you so much for everything we will forever be grateful for making my daughters day...

Such a magical moment!

Our event was Sat., 4/06/24, everything was PERFECT! All of the staff: from the waiters, to bartenders, security, DJ, especially CLAUDIA (our event coordinator) were amazing! I’m so glad my husband and I chose London Garden to have our daughters quinceañera at. The hall is so beautiful, plenty of secure parking, super spacious, nice big guest restrooms, nice big private room for the quinceañera to change/get ready, the bonus room for the kids with arcade games/jumper/food is a special extra touch that all the kids enjoyed, food/cake/dessert table were delicious. Bartenders served delicious drinks at our open bar and the DJ played a great selection of music that had all the guests on the dance floor!

We started planning our daughter’s quinceañera a couple of years ago, we saw quite a few halls but my daughter instantly loved London Garden as soon as we walked in. A special THANK YOU to CLAUDIA, everything went so smooth, she made sure to always check in to see if we needed anything. Throughout it all (before and during the event) Claudia made sure to always be on top of things, responded to all my questions immediately. She is so sweet, caring and provides exceptional customer service! The day of the event, we were stress free thanks to Claudia and all the staff.
