Charged my account without my knowledge.
I called Premier boat about taking a tour for my fiancé‘s birthday last year . Spoke with older lady. I believe her name was Sandy who said she would need to follow up with me about the availability for the tour. Due to bad weather and or availability. Never heard anything back.
This year while doing some accounting, I see that I’d been charged $64 on my fiancé‘s birthday and recalled the situation.
So I simply contacted Premier boat because I thought this would be an easy fix. Mr. Tudor called me he was overjoyed to explain how busy it was that day, and that they had to turn people away because they were overbooked. Then proceeded to tell me that my name was on a Coast Guard manifesto, and that they counted it as a no-show.
I was never instructed or presented any kind of cancellation fee policy online or email. I just simply called in…
I enjoy supporting small businesses and was really disheartened by his demeanor and the way he handled the situation. I wasn’t surprised to see that this has occurred in previous reviews for...

We are Floridians with friends visiting from Ohio. We were looking for something to showcase Florida's history and natural beauty. We booked a private tour of Mount Dora & the Dora Canal by water with PREMIER and are SOOOO GLAD we did! We arrived a bit early and found Captain "Doc" Percival waiting at the dock to greet us. Doc is a retired dentist and throughout the tour exhibited his enthusiasm for the area's history during our time together. It was a rather cool morning on the water but Doc's masterful touring abilities, knowledge of the area and his gift of gab kept us engaged while learning all about the sights, area history and it's wildlife throughout the 2 hour boat ride. We learned much about the history of Mount Dora, the lakes, the labor intensive digging of the canal and enjoyed the benefits of Doc's eagle-eye spotting of seemingly obscure wildlife during our visit. Don’t miss a few of our many photos taken on...
Read moreI would highly recommend Premier Boat Tours. Their website drew me in, and the convenience of boarding on the dock of The Lakeside Inn. My friend and I booked the 11am tour. We were greeted by Capt. Jonathan and Captain Vicki. All safety was in place as well. We went across the lake and then Vicki with her Amazing knowledge of the water, wildlife and the area nearby guided us through the canals. You could tell that Vicki loves her job and is very passionate about the lake and the wildlife. We saw Eagles, Alligators, turtles, different species of birds, Plants and Flowers. She knew all the names of Everything. We even saw a Seaplane ready for flight off the lake. The weather was perfect and the scenery was Spectacular. I couldn't have imagined a better guided tour than what we had. I am coming back to do more tours with different family members. I can't say enough about how Wonderful a day I had. Thank...
