Been wanting to leave a review for years about Laura. Today I went in. And as I’m driving there, all I can here in my head is her asking “ARE YOU USING THE Maurice’s credit card!” I can’t stand it! And when you tell her NOPE! She gets a nasty attitude and all of a sudden can’t help. Again today as checking out. She asked again. I told her no. I have far better cards with way less APR you folks charge. She’s like well you save 10% every time. Idc I save more when using my own cards and I get way more points back. Then the receipt prints. She’s like “oh look lucky you. You get a survey and get 5$ back. My name is Laura and so and so is working today.” She wrote their names down. Honey I wouldn’t ever include your name in a good survey. You didn’t do anything but cash me out! The other lady helped me. But Laura wasn’t gonna say anything about that lady. Until she looked up and seen her. How selfish is that? Half the time I think she’s getting sick in the back. I can just imagine how she is with the girls there. I’m sorry! And I’m sure anyone who comes in and works great. She chases them out. I shopped there for years and seen all her attitude. Read moreLaura at the Mt.. Pleasant, MI location is rude to customers and fellow employees. She struts around the store pretending to look busy, but only makes herself available when she can bully people. She intimidates the other employees although they would be afraid to admit it. The disrespectful attitude she displays will assure that I don't spend my money there. I feel sorry for the other girls and hope they find better employment. She has also presented herself in a rude, condescending manner to me as a customer on more than one occasion. I try to avoid her and interact with other employees but she inserts herself when I'm already being waited on. Very annoying. I will no longer shop there.

Read moreNo one greeted me for at least 5-7 minutes of being in the store and there were other's coming in after me who were. When I had several items in my hand, an associate came to ask if I had a room started. I told her no and that she was the first person to speak to me. She said nothing in regards to that, but did ask for my name for the room. Never asked if I was looking for anything in particular, did check on me once in the fitting room. I wear plus size and there was NOTHING really to choose from. I have found this typical my last couple visits. I'd blame it on COVID, but the regular sizes were plentiful. I understand you can order online, but shouldn't always have to. Hopefully they step their game up, especially with Jcpenney closing at the end...
