Been shopping here for awhile but getting bothered by sale flower that is being sold at a discount the first day it shows up in their shop and come to find out it is almost a year old from the harvest date, even the astro hippie sale flower has been harvested a year plus. Anyone who knows anything about cannabis knows the flavor and taste significantly drop if the product isn't burped (cured properly) which if it is in a sealed bag or jar (both astro hippie and GhostBudsters is) that product has gotten stale and lost most of its THC potency and flavor. These companies have been trying to sell their product at overpriced prices and it looks like no one bought it so Pure Options buys it at wholesale and sells it back to you at a discount. Look, year old harvest cannabis is NOT a discount, places like Oregon, California and Colorado would never allow this. You buy some sale product only to come home and realize it sat in that jar or bag for a year. It smells like fresh swampy hay from a field! Dissapointed because shopping here is a good experience but sad by the business choices of allowing them to sell this awful cannabis for even $25 is a scam. If it is 6 months + past harvest date it needs to be $10 an 8th and needs to be labeled on your website of the harvest date so consumers don't feel tricked. Thanks.

When I first moved to Mount pleasant pure options used to be my spot I would go to because they offered a variety for medical and then now it’s dwindled so much for it there’s one item. Every time I go in there no one even looks like they want to work there or help out. I got shorted a quarter oz and when I called there was a big argument because they thought they wouldn’t do that. I go in and the system showed that it was missing a quarter but it was a big deal. The job doesn’t seem difficult to weigh weed once in a while they sell mostly prepacked anyways. It was more the “I could never do that” mentality that pissed me off. So I got coupons in the mail so I decided to go yesterday and get a special joint for the lions game. The coupon is 30% off but had a store wide sale for 20% off and you’re not able to use your coupon instead? Everywhere has always done the percent that’s the best whether it’s medical or the store discount. And not to mention the whole time I was asking about prices and different things she did not care and seemed that I was bothering her the whole time so I just left. Then, when I asked questions about strains of flower, they didn’t know, then had trouble looking up strain characteristics. Then, they said I get a free preroll. But knowing that I had pain and inflammation, they had trouble looking up characteristics of the two choices, so as to help me make a decision. So after I got home and could look them up on Leafly, I found out I would have gotten more relief from the one I didn’t choose. Then they set up a paycloud account for me, but failed to tell me the details, such as that the account takes out extra money from your charge card and leaves a balance to be used up! Plus, the whole time I am standing there in pain, they are slowly dragging out this whole process with missteps and sales chatter about strains I wasn’t interested in, while not offering me a chair, when it was clear that standing caused me more pain.
