During my recent stay at The Inn At Lost Creek in Mountain Village, I was truly impressed by the exceptional experience it offered. The staff demonstrated outstanding customer service, not only being well-trained but also going the extra mile to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The facility's cleanliness was remarkable, and the housekeeping staff was not only friendly but also accommodating to our needs. A notable feature was the inn's super dog-friendly environment, ensuring our furry family members felt just as welcome. The valet and concierge services were impressively knowledgeable, providing valuable insights and assistance throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet surpassed expectations, providing a delightful start to our mornings. What set this experience apart was the personal touch—each staff member remembered the names of every individual in my family, making us feel truly valued. The positive experience has already prompted us to plan a return next winter. The Inn At Lost Creek has earned our loyalty through its excellent service, friendly atmosphere, and meticulous attention to detail. I highly recommend it for a memorable and comfortable stay. One staff member who particularly stood out was Eric. His genuine passion for his job shone through as he went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Eric not only provided valuable information but also offered numerous suggestions for dining, drinks, and shopping, showcasing his extensive knowledge of the area. His enthusiasm and dedication undoubtedly enhanced the overall positive impression we had of the inn. Kudos to Eric for his outstanding service and commitment to ensuring guests have a delightful stay.

We had an incredible time here! The service from start to finish was impeccable! Our bellman, Garrett was extremely patient with us unloading our car with two wound up dogs. He even held their leashes and entertained them while we organized. Abby, at check in, was super sweet and informative! She even offered to have someone walk our dogs while we were out that night! The room was GORGEOUS! Very modern log cabin feel. There was a small reception in the lobby on our second night with complimentary drinks and apps, where we got to meet the GM, Johnathon. He made us feel welcomed at the hotel and was so nice! Even our breakfast server, Jen, was awesome! I forgot that we had to go to the front desk to get our breakfast vouchers before breakfast, but she was so sweet and insisted that she would go get them for us. Also, if you didn’t catch that, breakfast is included in your stay!! Who does that anymore?? It was delicious, too. I seriously can’t get over how kind and accommodating the staff was. After a long day of skiing we stopped at the market just down the street from the hotel for supplies. The hotel staff offered to pick us up if we ever needed a ride, so Garrett came to get us in the hotel car. He could tell I was tired and asked if he could return my ski and boot rentals for me! It was EXACTLY what I needed right then! I haven’t experienced this kind of consistent service in a long time. I would highly recommend staying at the Inn at Lost Creek!

I've stayed here a few times, and it's a great spot. Staff are next level friendly and always helpful. It's not the most posh place if that's what you want, but the rooms are cozy, there's a pretty good included breakfast, and it's right next to the 4 chair and the free gondolas to Telluride and the market. There's 2 rooftop hot tubs (reservation only for covid but easy availability). You also have access to a massive spa, huge gym with a ton of machines and 2 cardio rooms, lap pool, small water slide, etc. at the Peaks which is like a 4 minute walk across the MV pavillion. For ski season there's a ski valet so your boots are warm and ready and your skis are taken outside just before the lifts open. Could not possibly be more convenient- downhill about 50 feet to the lift. Rooms are dog friendly, and most or all have a gas fireplace. There's an extra fee for parking. The restaurant serves Thai food at night. Wed-Sun or Tues-Sun depending on season. Bar is open seating but you might need a reservation for a table. My only complaint would be the rooms are hot so you have to crack a window in the summer or winter to get below 70F, so balancing the room temp can be a little tricky. The beds are nice, pillows on the thick side. The front desk and restaurant staff are what make this place the best. And of course, location.

We stayed at the Inn for our honeymoon. I really researched lots of places before picking this one. So needless to say I was disappointed in our experience. The positives were the bell staff and restaurant staff were truly so kind and helpful. They made it as pleasant as it could be given the circumstances. I had asked for a room with a pretty view upon booking and was told the front desk staff would be sure to put us in one as we are from out of town. After traveling and driving all day to get there.. We were put in a room facing all buildings. I politely asked to be in the room I requested. After being asked to pay $75 for an upgrade.. They reluctantly upgraded us to a suite. The manager made sure to let me know she couldn't put us in a condo because the hotel would "lose money." Which had absolutely nothing to do with me. Seemed to be an error of the booking agent. I had to request flowers on the bed myself. Nothing was recommended by the hotel for a honeymoon. No congratulations from the front desk. I had requested for chocolate strawberries to be delivered to our room. Never came. When I asked that evening when they were coming... They let me know that they had "forgot". We had a hottub reserved for weeks in advance to have a romantic evening and were put in warm one in the dark. It was so cold we were shivering. They moved us to a different one but only after someone's reservation had finished. And apologized and said.. We will have maintance check it out. We are really not picky people. Just wanted a really romantic evening and to feel special. They had no remorse nor take much initiative to make us feel special. The next morning when I expressed my concerns to the front desk.. She just said "oh.. Here's your bill." We appreciate the upgraded room but I did request it from the beginning. We are very disappointed and quite sad. Hopefully the next guests will be taken...

My stay at the Inn at Lost Creek was fantastic. It is a luxury ski in/ski out hotel in MidMoutain Village. I had the opportunity to use the fitness center and spa associated with the sister property The Peaks everyday. It is just a 5 min walk away and an amazing facility with an indoor lap pool. The fitness classes offered were wonderful. I particularly liked the yoga with Rhea and had a massage with Angie.

But what was truly best about my stay was meeting the staff at these places. Sam was at the ski valet each day and had everything waiting for me and helped me utilize the Telluride app to track my skiing. He was always smiling. Ryan came and picked me up from market village after my grocery shopping trip and helped carry the bags to my room. By chance, one night a little smoke got out of the kitchen and set the fire alarm off but Ryan quickly shut it off and Alex sent a text to all the guests explaining what had happened and that everything was fine.

I hope to return to Telluride next year and I know EXACTLY where I will stay. My room was perfect for me. A 400 sqft studio with absolutely everything I needed. I wonderful bed, a kitchenette, washer and dryer and iron. And Camica kept it so clean. I rented my gear from Christy sports right below the hotel and took advantage of the 20% discount as a hotel guest. The staff there was very helpful too. They waxed and edged the skis for me.

Truly, the coziest, friendliest, most perfectly positioned and equipped spot on the mountain. Thank you all for a...
