My friend and I brought our 11-yo daughters here on their birthday to get their ears pierced for the first time. They were incredibly kind and patient with our girls. The piercer’s room was beautifully decorated, and made the girls feel very comfortable. She took the time to calm their nervousness before the piercings. She marked their ears and had us double check to make sure the placing was perfect before she did the piercings. She also was very careful about sanitizing everything beforehand and inbetween girls. Great experience! Was my daughter’s first tattoo. AJ was so patient with her creating a design as she asked for specific modifications multiple times! He took his time, explaining every step to her to put her at ease. He was gentle, he checked in with her, assured her that everything she was doing was correct and that she was doing great. He was very intricate with his design, checking to be sure she was ok with it each step. He took his time to ensure he was adding detail and tiny lines to make her tattoo as she envisioned it. Me and my boyfriend went in to get a nostril and eyebrow piercing. I got my eyebrow done and Katrina was amazing. I've generally been a squeamish person who isn't great around needles + have general anxiety, so let's just say I passed out for a second (which happens from time to time with me and needles)! And she handled it so AMAZINGLY well and took great care of me, making me feel comfortable and back in tip top shape in no time. She was so kind and professional.
