I was a little nervous going to the store because I gained 20 lbs and I’ve heard the company is a little fat phobic.
I walked in, the older sales associate at the front saw me walk in, obviously I was ready to be helped because I made eye contact with her and was standing still, not browsing. But she just ignored me and went to others that were browsing asking them if they needed help, which none of them did but she still didn’t come to offer me assistance and pretended to organize racks.
I didn’t let it bother me though, I walked up to her and asked if she could assist me because I needed an entirely new workout wardrobe (bras, tanks, tights) because of weight gain. She made a face, referred me to the dressing room, and said that Megan could help me.
I’m glad she didn’t help me because Megan was so much more down to earth. I told her exactly what I wanted and she delivered, selecting some initial items to try on and bringing me more options while I was trying on. Gave me feedback on the fit. Read moreThe customer service is extremely poor when it comes to exchanges. The price of clothing is too high to be treated so poorly. My husband was exchanging some shorts and was working with one girl when the girl working on the next register decided to jump in and say “we’re not returning those” and then proceeded to question my husband if he had worn them which his answer was no and she did not believe him. It’s fine to say “I am sorry sir unfortunately we’re not going to be able to exchange these because of xyz” but her delivery was extremely unprofessional and rude. It was obvious she hated her job. She probably should be doing inventory or somewhere she is not working with customers. We did not understand the need to be so rude especially since we have no pushback. We couldn’t see her name but she had long brown hair and was working one of the registers around 2:00 pm today. We will chose to spend our money else where like Vuori. Read moreNew to the area and this was my first trip to Lululemon at Waterside Shoppes. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever received. Sales staff of three at counter could be over heard making jokes about a customer in the back of the store. This goes against every Company policy. As I was shopping no one was available to help me (all grouped at register) so I had to take items to counter to have them held. At the time of checking out, I came to find out my items were returned to the floor! I will be calling the corporate office to report this store and employees. I will definitely reconsider shopping this brand after this employee encounter. Plenty of other “luxury” choices in Naples with great service and positive minded sales...
