I have been seeing Stacy for all of my hair care needs for over 30 years. From spiral perms and prom hair in the late 80s to my wedding up-do to the most recent highlighting techniques to help camouflage those pesky grey hairs, Stacy has always been on top of the latest techniques and styles. Her haircuts are always high quality too. She has also been cutting my daughters’ hair for about 10 years and is great with them also. You cannot go wrong with Stacy or any of the stylists at Panda. It’s very hard to find a stylist that is able to cut and style very curly, thick hair. Stacy Talbot from Panda Hair Salon made it seem easy!! She is incredible and her experience made my new haircut and color, boost my confidence and made me so happy.
