Went in today to buy 2 8oz filets. Went to pay and the guy says they're not taking apple pay. Being a frequent customer I was perplexed by that because the card reader worked. Explained I would come back after getting my wallet at home (takes about 15 min round trip). When I got back I stood patiently in line expecting my order to be behind the register, nope. The tall skinny guy with glasses yells from behind the meat counter if I'm there to pick up my order... Then while waiting, the women in front of me ask for help to carry their order to the car because apparently they cannot lift 4 items between the 2 of them. The short plump guy then leaves the register to help them with the tall skinny guy walking to the register. At this point a rude woman walks in front of me (while I'm respecting social distancing and waiting for my turn to come to the register) and THE SAME GUY WHO HAS SEEN ME TWICE AND KNOWS WHY I'M THERE AND SEES THAT I WAS SUPPOSE TO BE NEXT IN LINE IGNORES ME AND ALLOWS THE OLD HAG TO CUT IN FRONT OF ME. I wanted to go off but there's no point. The staff here will never stop being rude and oblivious to good business practices and the old hag who cut in front of me will not change her ways. All I can say is spend your money elsewhere because their meats are no different from any other butcher shop, but their employees are the rudest I've encountered. Also you should give your employees name tags so they can be named rather than a customer having to describe them. Not sure how you can operate a business when simple things like updated POS machines and name tags...

The quality of service was poor. Every individual I interacted with appeared uninterested in helping. Prices were high in my opinion and when factoring in the quality of the food, I truly believe the prices are unwarranted.
I visit occurred during the pandemic and the measures to protect us where lacking. In line waiting my turn to be helped, one employee kept walking in front of me, making contact on several occasions. I had no place to move to due to the layout & a simple âexcuse meâ each time would have let me know they were still working near me.

During our visit, my wife requested thinly sliced deli meat, explaining our previous challenges in getting it properly sliced at the supermarket. However, as she was paying, she overheard the employee speaking derogatorily and using offensive language about her, suggesting that she should refrain from talking if she âhasn't done job.â
