Preface: As a rule, I cannot stand shopping.
I had a truly great experience at the Levi’s store at Opry Mills. I found the perfect fit, but unfortunately we couldn’t find it in my desired color. The system said it was in-store, but we couldn’t find it. An employee took it upon himself to search the entire store multiple times over, check through shipments in back, but we didn’t have any luck. We made a couple of purchases, and after about 25 minutes headed out of the store. As we approached the door, the employee caught us - he’d found the elusive, perfect pair in my desired color, fit, and size.
Again, I cannot stand shopping, but this employee went above and beyond and fostered an exceptional shopping experience. I only have 2 regrets:
worst Levi’s ever. Don’t bother. Rushed in from work (closes at 8) clearly was about to purchase items (I leave for vacation) I ask at 7:50 to try something on super fast (I have ten in my hand) guy says they’re closed. I say you don’t close for 8 minutes. Levi’s has lost my business (like they give a heck ) but literally like can good employees not be found. Note I was there June 28th 2023 just am leaving. I would’ve been checked out with probably $200 worth of shorts. I just needed to try one pair on to be sure my size. Absolutely ridiculous. If you don’t want to...
