From the second I walked in, Johnny had main character energy. I’m talkin’ top-tier customer service, Olympic-level shoe knowledge, and a smile that could single-handedly fix the economy. The man didn’t just help me find shoes — he found my PURPOSE in the footwear aisle. 💀

He sprinted through that store like it was the Converse Games of 2025. Sizes? He had ‘em. Colors? All of them. Energy? Limitless. I’ve never seen someone sell sneakers with such passion and precision — like he was born in a Chuck Taylor factory and raised by customer service angels.

So yesterday I took my daughter to get new shoes while checking out I’m asking the cashier can I put my number in to receive my points for the purchase this lady is going to tell me you only get 15% off if you’re a first time sign up. I just wanted my rewards points! In order to not cause conflict I just let it go but I do need my points though. I’m very disappointed with my experience. Interactions like this make me not even want to have an in store experience. There’s always employees going out of their way to be rude to customers! Yuck...

My husband favorite shoes! There prices have gotten awfully high in the last few year. The employees at the Opry Mills location act as if the customers are bothering them. If you ask a question the look at you like your a problem. They would rather stand behind the register and gossip than help people out. I have left the last 2 times I was there without purchasing because of their attitudes. I will just shop at the Nike store instead where everyone seems to be happy...
