4 stars only because i feel like the signs to get there could’ve been better. You can easily end up on the wrong floor and have to go all the way around and up and down stairs. BUT simply asking an employee helps. I did ask two separate employees, working in food if they knew how to get to the boat and they said they didn’t. I then asked a gardener and she was able to help. Regrettably, my experience was incomplete due to misleading advertising. Throughout the week, signs were displayed indicating that conference attendees could receive a discount on the boat ride. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the discounts were no longer valid despite the abundance of signage.
