If you want to dine here you first need to get on the reservation list.

Go on their website, see what dates are available and select which day best fits your schedule.

Once you make it past the reservation process, wait for that day to arrive 🙂

When you get here , parking is available. No parking fee it's a regular parking lot.

Just go inside and talk to the hostess they will ask for your name that is stated on the reservation.

Once they find your name on the list , you will be taken to your table.

Once seated your waiter or waitress will stop by and take your drink orders along with any appetizer if you might be interested.

Next, time to order your meals... They have a variety of surf and turf style meals to choose from as well as hamburgers and fries

Once you find a meal that suits your pallet check out the aquarium while you wait on your meals.

Fried Calamari

For our MAIN MEAL:

X2 " Steak and lobster tail with garlic mashed potatoes, grilled zucchini" Side of fries coconut shrimp with pineapple/plum sauce.

" Captains platter" Stuffed crab , GRILLED tilapia, stuffed shrimp with rice pilaf and grilled zucchini.

Our APPETIZER was perfect! 👍👍 (Definitely try their calamari if you like octopus)

our steaks came out perfectly and just the way we ordered them ( medium well)

Our entire visit turned out very well 💪

After your meal don't forget to try one of their deserts.

We had their " Creme brulee"

When you are all set with your meals you can pay at the table. The waiter can take your cash or card from there.

Note A photographer is available during your visit. You may be asked by them if you would like a complimentary photo. You can choose to decline or just say yes 😉

If you say yes , your photographer will take you to the perfect spot of the aquarium for the best possible pictures and take 3-4 pictures. Afterwards your photographer will stop by with your free complimentary photography and give you the option to buy the other photos if you are happy with how they turned out.

The free photo is like a souvenir. The photos available for purchase are 5x7

Just a heads up.. you pay the photographer separately from the restaurant. I believe they are a separate business from the aquarium restaurant.

Had been excited to take my family here for quite a while and finally got a chance to go. I loved seeing all of the different fish ,but when it came to the service it was horrible. We arrived and had to wait to be seated. After being seated we waited at our table for 20 minutes before a server came to take our order. She then proceeds to start taking the orders. She wrote down 2 of our orders stopped taking our order to go to the table next to us were there was only one person that had just arrived and she proceeded to take his order. She then left to go to yet another table and help them. By this time we've been sitting over an hour without so much as a water to drink. So now I'm fuming mad and hungry. She finally comes back to finish our order she write down 3 more orders and I couldn't believe she left to go to another table yet again and ignore the fact we already been waiting now over an hour and a half. By now I'm really ready to walk out but my kids wanted to stay, so I stayed. When she returned she didn't even apologize for what had done she acted as if everything was fine when I clearly wanted to punch her for treating us the way she had treated us and had the audacity to act as if it wasn't a big deal. We finally all order and I couldn't believe we waited again over 30 more minutes to get our food which came to stable all wrong not a single order was rite but we ate it anyway. After all this foolery and disregard that we endured we received the check which to add insult to injury had the never to automatically add gratuity that wasn't deserved in least bit for the service we received. I always tip anyway but in those experiences the waitress deserves to be tipped. I feel like it's wrong to automatically add gratuity for all servers no matter how they perform their job and to make matters worse we didn't know they automatically added gratuity it was a total surprise. Had I known this there's no way in hell I would have stayed as long as I did and be treated with such disrespect and disregard because the person supposed to be helping us simply didn't care and it didn't matter because she would be compensated no matter how her service was. I was completely disappointed that a place that is to be held to such high standards provided the worse service I've ever had and I've had a few. I will never return here to patronize this place to pay to be disrespected and nothing be...

We went on July 19th. Three people cost 74 dollars for the breakfast with a mermaid. We got in line for the buffet and went to grab a plate and it had food on it. Not new food but someone leftover wet food. So I started picking up more plates it was more dirty and they was greasy. I tried stopping workers as they went by and they wouldn't stop. So me and another mom started fishing for clean plates. I finally found 2 one for my daughter and her dad. I used a dirty plate because I wasn't eating that food. I didn't want daughter to freak out because this was a birthday surprise for her. We sat down and her dad opened his napkin and the two forks was stuck together with some kind of old gravy or something it looked white. You could see it very well. I went to the front where they had the hostest station . It was a guy talking to a female and I waited for them to stop talking do you know he looked at me and acted like I wasn't there . At this point I'm angry and ready to go. I had to butt and let him know I wasn't happy and about what was going on. They found a lady that had darker skin tone. I guess because I would feel more comfortable talking to her. I would have been comfortable talking to a mermaid as long as they fixed the issue with the dirty dishes and forks. The lady told me she was going to speak to her manager. I was thinking the manager was going to come to our table nope. She said the manager was going to make it right. They brought my daughter a ice cream and a bag with birthday balloons. That didn't fix the problem it made it worse. I looked around ice cream and balloons is a normal birthday thing. I saw several birthday balloons. Only difference is they gave my daughter a mermaid balloon. The manager should have came to our table. They should have picked up every plate at that buffet and had them washed because that staff the night before did an awful job and I wasn't the only one who noticed. I was just one that spoke up. I am not from this area. I drove 5 hours for this trip and ended up leaving and finding food at McDonald's. Maybe lunch and dinner is different but I do not recommend the breakfast buffet unless you just want your kids to take a picture with the mermaids and watch them swim. That was the coolest part of...
