This one was difficult to rate because once we had a server, he was fantastic and our food was on point delicious. When we walked up to be seated employees saw us yet didn't say anything to us for several minutes before we were greeted and sat. We sat for another 10, almost 15 minutes before our server came up and said we weren't in his section but he would be taking care of us. His name was Ryan and he took GREAT care of us. Once our food arrived it was tasty and everyone enjoyed. I ordered a water to go and actually didn't drink it until I got home. When I did, I was surprised to find that it tasted like weed. Yes, weed. I then smelled the inside of the cup and it, too, smelled like weed. It was disgusting. Water should have no taste, especially a taste like that. It nauseated me. We might go back, but if we do I will hesitate greatly to ever again take home a drink. That was gross. It also makes me wonder what goes on behind the scenes and how sanitary things are. Also, it would be nice when you have people standing and waiting to be seated if, when you see them, you greet them and say you'll be right with them so they don't feel ignored because they know you can see them. I took away stars for that, too, along with how long we had to wait to be greeted by a server once we were sat.

Went on 11/08/23. I went to Johnny Rockets for the first time in at least six years. At the entrance, they have a sign saying sit at any table that is not dirty. Seeing that only four tables were taken, I decided a burger that's not from a fast food place sounded good. I noticed that they had one server and two cooks. Didn't think that was a big deal. After about ten minutes, the server dropped off a menu as she walked by. Being hungry and determined to eat, I stayed. I ordered a Rocket Single, fries, and a Pepsi. The burger was pretty tasteless. The burger had hardly any Special Sause on it. Just a small bit were it soaked into the bun. Even ketchup didn't help it much. The fries were a nice golden brown and tasteless. After dropping off my food, the server never came back to my table. The place wasn't busy. In fact, when I left, it was still the same people when I sat down. The server and the two cooks were standing by the register and talking to someone who I guess they knew. Who was sitting at the bar by where it is at. Someone from one the table's went up and paid at it. At that point, I figured that they didn't bring bills around. I walked up and paid with my card and wasn't even offered a receipt.

On August 6th we were at Opry Mills killing time before we had take my Daughter to Nashville International Airport to catch her flight back home to Michigan and we all agreed on Johnny Rockets for Lunch. It had been nearly about 15 years since we last ate at this location, the last time was around 2010 when my daughter was competing in The American Mall Model Search. We were seated shortly after arrival. I had the Bacon Cheese Burger Double, My daughter had The Spicy Houston Double and my Fiancee had The Cheese steak and we shared an order of yummy cheese fries, we also ordered their delicious Milkshakes! Every thing was delicious! One of the downsides is that it's overpriced, with tip it was over $90 for the 3 of us. I also personally want to give a shout out to our Server Chantelle who despite being the only server on the Floor that day busted her butt to deliver outstanding service! We will always stop in anytime we are at Opry Mills!

If google had a 0/5, i would choose that because... 1) if you have 30 min-1 hr (probably even more...) to wait OUTSIDE, not even on your food, and after ordering your food & drinks wait 30 min-1 hr (AGAIN probably more) for it to come, then go!! Other wards... don't 2) the food is SOOOOO expensive like LITERALLY (not trying to be one of those people that always says literally even if it doesn't apply) for example: my friend got a cup of hot tea and grilled cheese (which only came with too) and her total w/ tax was 8.62!!! Mine was 12.69 for the same just a side of fries... 3) the service lacks soo much respect and giving an f, for example: the manager gave another customer and I the side eye, the stank face, etc for asking if we could have PACKETS OF SUGAR!!! And to make it worse, they were eventually for my friend but i asked them for her and he decides to reject her hand that is put out to grab the cup to instead give it to me!!?? Not to mention, our waiter seemed so annoyed and they had like 1-2 cooks and 5-7 waiters... MIND YOU THIS IS IN OPRY MILLS!! AND THE SIZE OF IT WAS LIKE A KIDS ROOM! 4) the food tasted like it was just dipped in grease then given to you. NO JOKE. the cheese was not even melted it had the texture of rubber. The fries didn't even have salt, pepper, like no spice at all. And keep in mind, if you don't want too much of a soft drink there, DON'T GET IT AT ALL!! It was like an X-LARGE when i just wanted a small. Plus they put a lot of ice.... -LAST NOTE: THIS HAPPENED TODAY (THE DATE: JAN. 2nd) AND THIS EXPERIENCE NOT ONLY FRUSTRATED BOTH ME AND MY FRIEND BUT ALSO MADE THE REST OF THE DAY RUINED. so that...

I would give this place a 0 star review if the option was available. My first thought was how dirty the place looked. I always see many customers eating here each time I visit the mall, so I thought I wouldn't judge and just give the food a try. When I received my order which was a cheeseburger (lettuce only) I noticed how cold the buns were to the touch. I checked the cheese inside and it's like they barely put any on. Visually there were just spots of cheese here and there, that's it. I took a bite and the burger was dry as hell. It wasn't hot either and it was super dark. I thought this place made their food fresh by orders like Steak 'n Shake does? I must have come on a bad night because it looked and tasted as if it had been made in the morning, then sat out all day, and recooked later that night to use and serve. I was also shocked that a kid's menu cheeseburger meal was more expensive than my cheeseburger alone. The kid's cheeseburger was the same size as mine, they gave her an adult size for some reason even though the pictures in the menu showed 2 tiny burgers for the kid's menu. It was $6.49 for the kid's cheeseburger + fries meal. My cheeseburger alone (no fries) was $6.22. Expensive prices, sad food, and a dirty environment. 0/5 stars, please go eat at the Aquarium Restaurant or the Claim Jumper Restaurant nearby if you want to experience an enjoyable meal in a clean...
