Had a very bad experience here. I had earned $30 super cash and had to wait 5 weeks in order to use it. This was during our trip ti Nashville so I came here at the mall. I found a jacket that I loved and went to check out. The jacket was $55 so I figured I would pay $25. Well the clerk told me I owed $36, I said I had $30 super cash. They said it took that off, you owe $36 and some change. I said this doesn't add up, and they just kept saying it took it off. I ended up paying for it and thought okay, long day, I'll pay then look at the receipt. It only took $20 off. I told the clerk, look it only took $20 off, the clerk called a manager over there to explain to me but in the mean time return the item which isn't what I wanted to do. I paid with 2 different pre-paid credit cards so now that money is gone and I have to wait several days and hope it goes back on the cards. I found out, which the cashier could have explained to me easily but didn't, they just kept saying I got my discount, that in order to get the entire $30 I would have had to spend $75. My point, super cash is a racket, if it says you earn $30 you shouldn't have to spend so much to get it. KOHLS CASH gives tmyou the value they tell you and you don't have to spend more to get it. And you don't have to wait 5 weeks to spend it. My other point was that this cashier was extremely rude and glaring and scowling the entire time. He or she was rather scary. By the time this was finished I was so upset I had to leave the mall and cried for over 20 minutes. I wasn't being rude or yelling or even raised my voice I just didn't understand how their system worked. I have never been treated like that by a cashier in my life. I will never shop at an old navy again for a long...
Read moreGreat steals sums up my experience at this Old Navy location. With this location being an outlet, you're guaranteed to find some type of great sale. At the time when I visited, there were a vast number of 50% off sales going on- and who can complain about half off.
I will say, there were not as many sales as I had expected to find. The store was, of course, filled with great sales but among the great sales were a multitude of regular priced items.
With it being a busy location and a weekend, it was rather busy. It took a good thirty minutes to get through the check out and back out the doors. The line started at the back wall of the store. The store was also a MESS in the back- especially with the clearance. Clothes were thrown astray throughout the floors and it was evident that some serious attention was needed. The staff was trying everything in their power to keep the chaos under control. There was one person manning the dressing rooms, another restocking and greeting in the front, and the rest of the staff was manned at the cash registers. It seemed that more staff may have fixed the issue.
I deemed the sales worthy of a long wait in line. With the several items I had managed to find, it was going to be worth the wait to purchase. Perhaps if the line was not so painfully long and the store was better kept, it would be difficult to find...
Read moreDuring my recent visit, I experienced a troubling incident that has left me deeply disheartened.
While checking out, I brought two identical sweaters to the cashier, believing one might lack a price tag. The cashier, who appeared to be a new trainee, kindly offered to price check the item to determine if it was on sale. However, the assistant manager, Beth, abruptly interrupted the transaction, asserting that the sweater was not on sale. Her manner was notably rude, and it was clear that the trainee felt uncomfortable with her intervention.
Beth's conduct was particularly unprofessional; she insinuated that I was attempting to obtain the "cheaper" sweater, a suggestion that felt both inappropriate and accusatory. The repeated interruptions and her overall demeanor contributed to a highly unpleasant shopping experience.
It is concerning that such behavior was exhibited by someone in a managerial position. This incident not only marred my shopping experience but also left me with the impression that the staff under Beth's supervision are subjected to a distressing work environment.
I hope that you will address this issue with the seriousness it warrants to prevent similar experiences for other customers and employees...
